^ yeah, and if youre running shirtless with em you need/should be super lean to pull them off

why?
can a person go 10 days on only water without a serious negative effect on their health?
yes, they can. and many times it can be really healthy too, done right of course.

^Yeah, I run shirtless as often as I can, just kind of awkward when you leave or enter an apartment building.
When I need to carry a shirt tightening the drawstring of my shorts will hold it in.

Wish I could get some hill running in, but this is Houston, theres like one hill here & its man made in a park far away from me.
I feel for you, I lived in an area for a couple years without hills, but there was a beach with deep sand. I would run uphill both directions if I could.
What kind of milage do you guys put in each week? Im usually just shy of 40mi.

Downloaded gurren lagaan for some reason.
Going to watch Dennou Coil first.
I highly suggest you watch them in the other order. I never finished Dennou Coil but have watched gurren lagaan three times, it definitely won't dissapoint.

What's the museum situation like? How's the collection at the museum of contemporary art?
Id like to know this too. Headed over on Thursday for a month so I should have some days free for museum visits.

Headsets - what you guys got?
My Cayne Uno came w/ a standard Cane Creek, but I was thinking about switching to a Chris King. I don't do wild stuff on it (still have front brake).
what do you think?
threaded or thredless? i almost spent the extra money on a hatta swan but now im glad I didnt. the tange is complete sufficient.

vetuv - I think cork or wood grips wood be pretty sweet
great idea with the cork. i did some quick searching but all the grips i could find have a curve to them, to better fit your hand. know of any that are just flat and strait? maybe ill have to make my own. either that or cork tape with a hemp end finish. going for something clean.

Agreed. Don't wanna take a core out of your thigh! Really nice bike, though. Love the raw steel and polished aluminum.
heh, ive gotten that from a lot of people. I think more of a concern with the bars is the lack of grip. i dont want to put any standard grips on so i might find a drill press and make 1/4'' holes that my hands could grip to. either that or some drops with a bit of tape. what do you think?
i also want to give wood bars a shot from adam breckman but i dont know how the tensile strength would compare. http://cargocollective.com/workerman#29705/Handlebars

The frame on that build is by Alien Bikes http://www.alienbikes.com/gb.html and the drop bars look like Nitto B123s http://store.somafab.com/nib1crtrbar.html
You'll have to do some searching to find a quill stem that looks quite as nice as that. I'm not sure where the forks are from, but I don't think they're Alien.
Thanks. I did some research a week ago and spoke with Francesco the builder of http://www.bicibertelli.com/ bikes. I ordered all the parts and an alien frame, only a few more to arrive and its time to build! Ill post some photos when the project is done.
