Good shit. If I had the cash my glass would look similar to that, but all black(nikon). Used to have a 300/2.8 which was absolutely sick, but I just didn't use it enough to justify the $2500 sitting in a corner a lot of the year. I only used it for sports. Consistently gave me shots like this(one of the last images from that lens):

Have a D300 and D200, thinking about selling both for a D700. Had a D700 for like 3 days when it came out but I decided to send it back. That FX goodness:

I have a 17-55/2.8, 70-200/2.8, and a bunch of older fast manual lenses that would go great with a D700.

Haven't put Windows 7 on, waiting for it to be available for a cool $15 from my school's bookstore next month. I prefer boot camp, parallels leads to decreased performance in both windows and OS X. Might as well be fully emerged in the environment, unless for some reason you need to be working side by side.

To be honest, I think darkroom experience is something that every real photographer should have. Processing and printing is a whole different experience, and I love it. What did you shoot the above image with? Its really exceptional

Sry about that....but most if not all of my paypal stuff is in the US so that holds true for me.

What annoys me more than people saying "price + paypal" is when people say price +paypal 3%, 4%, or even 5%. The fee is 2.9%. Don't try to get a little more from me by asking for a higher percentage paypal fee. When people ask me for more than 2.9%, I send 2.9% extra, which still irks me because as others have said, when you buy with a credit card from a real establishment, they eat the credit card fees...

O I know, have lots of experience printing in both the real darkroom and the digital darkroom. When done right though, a print is unmatched.

It does happen, but very rarely. I had an 07 MBP where the case bent under the right palm rest and it ended up messing with the cd drive. They tried to charge me $900, and I had applecare. I ended up sending it in twice and after talking to many, many people, I finally got my free(and deserved) repair for free. It probably didn't hurt that the guy who approved it knew nothing about computers, so I just threw a bunch of terms(many non-applicable) out so he knew that I knew what I was talking about, and he said screw it. Have a 13" MBP now, the higher end one, and I love it. Will upgrade to 8GB RAM at some point.

Anyone here bet on sports? I have a Sportsbook account, i'm up like $500 over the last couple months. Always appreciate input from others on bets.
