hey all, it's been a while. here's an update on my SExIH07's. 4 months old and i've worn them everyday. they've developed a hole where my bike seat rubs in my crotch. they're at the tailors right now getting fixed so i can break them again. i washed them before i took them in. here's the damage and pre-wash pics. i'll post some post wash and repair pics when i get them back on tueday.
Another hole has popped up on the crease where i have them cuffed. anyone else seen this? it's definitely not from rubbing on the ground, the cuff is higher than that. i guess just from rubbing against the back of my kicks. any ideas on a repair or how to minimize future damage?

hey everyone, first post on this thread.
a friend of mine's wife wants to get him a graduation gift cause he's graduating law school in may. she sent me an email asking me what i thought of these two watches:
http://www.bulova.com/brands/bulova/product.aspx?origin=collection&sku=98B103&brand=bulova
http://www.bulova.com/brands/bulova/product.aspx?origin=collection&sku=98B104&brand=bulova
i know literally nothing about watches so i thought i'd turn it over to you guys. any thoughts on these watches? are they quality? if not, anyone know of a similar-in-style watch for about the same price that you'd recommend?
thanks in advance, anything helps.

yeah, my brother was plenty prepared with a plastic bag in tow. i just ended up with a pretty soaked handkerchief...

^ filled it out.
sup edcers. it's been a while.
i was up in portland visiting my brother for the weekend and while we were riding around town he got a flat tire. i was really bummed i didn't have a tire repair kit. anybody got a good one? the smaller the better i think....
i did use my handkerchief like a million times to wipe the rain off my bike seat. not something i'm used to dealing with in CO. glad i had it.

I still haven't been able to figure out whether you can actually write/draw on this thing or not, does it even come with a stylus?
I think people that think this ipad sucks (like myself) just don't see the point of this thing. If you have an iphone already, why do I want a larger version that can't make calls for $900? It is kind of retarded. I was under the impression it would be a tablet-esque pc device, not a massive iphone
agreed. it can't run OSX, therefore i will not be purchasing. not saying it's dumb, even though it kinda is, but already having and iphone pretty much takes away any motivation to have this thing. also, no camera or gps means no augmented reality, which seems like a really bad move.
maybe i'm just not getting it?

nice, thanks for the input. scratch this thread and head over to the already established thread on superculture.

day 2 thoughts.... these babies are stiff, hard, ridig and any other word you could think of, allow me to cion the phrase "Iron Hurt!" however im really liking the way the heavy oz. denim holds its shape, so much so that the fit really translates through the whole silhouette, with little to no influence from the body.... i wll continue to update as i think i may be the only daily poster who is wearing the indigo model everyday....
combs behind the knee are setting in, however very faint, same for the lap whiskers, they are just bends at this piont, no where even close to being a crease. literally hurts to reach in the pockets too! Tomorrows another day.
I'll try to update as much as possible, although daily is probably out of the question. I've been sporting mine for close to two weeks now and they've broken in quite nicely. the combs behind the knees are getting really defined and creased, they look amazing. i will post pics as soon as i can. overall fit and feel is extremely comfortable now.

well shit. maybe i should do some research before i actually post questions. the juice S2 looks just about perfect. is anyone super biased towards another multi-tool, like from another brand maybe?

anybody know a slimmer alternative to the juice pro? i love having the plyers, and i'd love to have a philips head on me. could care less about a corkscrew and a saw.....
edit: something that will fit in my coin pocket

is the wallet pulling apart outside the stitching at the bottom right corner in the middle pic?
no, it must just be the picture. the indigo stained the edges of the leather super fast, so maybe it just looks weird. the leather is holding up greats so far though

I've been rocking this wallet made by unlucky. The quality and leather is top notch. I wish I had pictures before all the indigo stains, but you get the idea.

here's some post-soak + two days of wear pics
I'm really happy with them now. The length shortened up by about 2 inches on the inseam. The waist was pretty tight pre-soak, so i cut a 2x4 to fit tight pre-soak and jammed it in there as soon as I got them out of the water. That worked pretty well, the waist is about perfect now. What does everyone think about the length now? Should I still hem? Double cuff? I kinda like the way they fall now but I'm open to suggestions. Thanks in advance.

carrying a gerber clutch today, because the juice pro doesn't quite fit into the coin pocket of my new jeans. just used the plyers on the clutch to help a co-worker fix his broken glasses. he called me a "true mountain man"

Alright folks, I got my SExIHx07s back from the tailor. These are the post-wash, post-repair pics. I'm pretty happy with the repair. It was kinda funny trying to explain how I put a hole into such thick denim... These jeans are incredible and they're fading at an incredible rate. Love em.
