Does anyone know how big the difference is between the Insulated Field Jacket and the SV Field Jacket? The Insulated Field Jacket looks to be made with Coreloft, while SV is not. I'm considering purchasing one for a trip to NYC/Iceland during late winter. Would the SV Field Jacket be sufficient for warmth?

Alright so the hook of my dior jeans is starting to rip off the denim and if I continue to wear it it will rip off completely. Is it even possible to fix this? I've taken it to one tailor and they couldn't do anything about it, but I think it might be possible to change to a button closure. Any ideas on how I can go about fixing this?

Has anyone had problems with the hook-eye closure? I've had my diors for just over a year and the hook snap is only been held to the denim very thinly. Will a tailor be able to solve this?
