  1. I have a pair of levi 1955 jeans for sale. Size is 32x34 (actual 32"x32.75"). These have been cold soaked, air dried but never worn. The waist was slightly oversized, around 33" initially. I've put them up on ebay (http://cgi.ebay.com/...em=180777029696) with a start price of $150. There are lots of pictures on the auction page. If you'd rather buy them here, message me. Thanks.

  2. What are the boots second from the right? They have a great dressier toe shape.

^^^Nice find a.khan. You always have to size up 2 sizes whenever you buy heels or soles, since cobblers need a little leeway to shape the heel and sole. Good luck with your adventure.

Second on the C&J's. You won't be disappointed.

  3. Would love to see pictures of these when they arrive, because last time I tried to do this, I got an email back saying they could not do it because it was exclusive to wings+horns. after, they proceeded to redirect me to a pair they COULD offer me, which looked nothing like them, in fact it looked to be part rough-out part their standard leather.

I just had these made by Dayton. You'll have to call them and ask for the same service boots they made for wings and horns. I went with leather soles but you can get them with a nitrile (vibram like) sole also. They come out to be around $475 when it's all said and done and it took 6 weeks for me to get them.

These are an 8.5 (fit like 9.5). I put them up for sale on styleforum as I could really use the money but I'm second guessing it.

  4. Do you know what day that groupon is going to be up?

I fucking hate those boots and I want to vomit every time I see them. Blah!

In other news, Dayton has an upcoming groupon offer where $25 gets you $100 towards a purchase (with up to two groupons on a boot, i.e. up to $150 off). Locals only, but I hope to investigate what kind of makeups are available. I wonder if they can make something similar to a Bounty Hunter...

  5. Goddamnit, I knew they would be something ridiculous on the wallet. Anything comparable with a reasonable price that I could grab?

You can get them direct from Dayton boots in Canada (they make them for wings+horns) for $400. They're not distressed, though. People have said it was a long and difficult process but I found it rather easy (maybe since I'm in Canada also). I'll post pics when I get my pair.

  6. Anyone buying Clarks on ebay?

    It seems kinda cheaper.

Theyre like $90 shipped on average BIN, rather than buying from other online shops that charge a shipping fee on top of the retail price.

If you want basic colors, ebay seems to be the cheapest, especially if you're buying from out of country. I have 2 pair of New brown suede in size 9 and 9.5 for sale (check my signature). Figure the people here would be the only ones who are interested.
