  1. Ugh, as someone else in this thread mentioned, I do not recommend ordering from sneakersnstuff if you are in the US. UPS hit me with $201.01 in brokerage fees on a $500 order. -_-

Opening the package eased the pain a bit, but 40% in customs/brokerage is pretty 'shit on my parade' status. =\

Sweat hoody is amazing and the fit on the convertible jacket/gillet is really good. Usually bigger sizes (I ordered XL, up from L) are either ridiculously long or ill-proportioned regarding shoulder to midsection, but I'm really enjoying the fit on these pieces. As for the lunarspiders, I got a 10.5 in frees which are a little snug, and an 11 in the lunarspiders. I was worried on opening the box because their really slim and i have a wider foot, but they fit like a glove, literally. The uppers have some give to them and they just molded to my feet (in a comfortable way).

Overall I'm really happy with all the pieces I picked up.

I'm hoping for a restock on the asymmetric shorts at different retailers.. I can't handle another 40% uppercut to my manhood.

  2. ^^^ that dude was selling a bunch of the same shoe in all sizes. he also jacked those pictures from another seller with a legit sale (i think). I'd tread carefully buying anything from sellers from HK/China with low feedback ratings. I'm pretty sure all of his posts were removed at one point by ebay.

  3. you'll be fine

just don't expect to see hype gear sitting around in hype sizes

also stuff out in the showroom does not always represent their whole stock at hand. they tend to put stuff in the back when there isn't a sufficient size run.. and have stuff from older seasons back there that you can ask about. last time i went they said they had an elmendorf from an older season in a medium(?) and also busted out an old 28L black messenger. just don't be afraid to ask if they have any specific items you've been looking for, or what items they have in the back in your size.

  4. Those look legit to me.. Hide-san with sharpservice japan will be able to tell you if the seller is legit or not -- most likely he's dealt with him before if he is. Just a warning though, the maliseets run pretty small. FBT Lhamo folks, Foleys and Shaman Folks fit me perfectly, had to go sockless on my maliseets in the same size.. which was most likely intentional, but if you have wide feet, be currful.

these fake? they seem too cheap I guess, or they're gonna get mega sniped. I don't know anything about it but I like those ones.

  5. rut roh. that might have been my bad.. :x

yep, they are all gone... I was so close, Hide had a pair of 11s for me, I was a little delayed sending the funds and by the time I did they were gone... SO SAD
  6. Does anybody know the best way to size folk hockneys? normally wear a visvim 10 in FBTs, logans, etc..

i have some hockney folks from last season in suede. they fit a little tighter than the fbt lhamo folks; i have a size 11 in both and the shoe stretches a little if i wear socks with them -- but the hockneys look better without socks anyways. I'd just go TTS.

  7. are the e-cats waterproof? starting to get annoyed by these random showeres southern cali has been getting lately

upon talking to the SAs at FIL tokyo, they said it'll repel water for at least a year and then applying some water repellent after that will take care of it. I've used my 18L in light rain with no problems.

I hate rain, so whenever rain is on the forecast I always have an umbrella, so I can't say how well they hold up in heavier rain storms.
