if i measure my 26's they should give me the right length top of the belt to bottom of the cuff? because i found some nudies and not sure if i want 32 or 34

well it seems my 26 new cures are 33inch inseam, so i guess they were 34 before 7 months of wearing it

I think they depend on size. Don't quote me but I think a 29 would be a 34 where as a 32 is 35 and a 36 is 35.5? Anyone know for sure?

Anyone own the Slim Jim Ecru Black, or have photos like 6+ months in? I want to see how dark they get

and they arent dry denim are they? so they dont stretch like my apc new cures? so if im 26 in them i should get like 28 for the same fit around?

I don't know man. I am a 32 in New Cures and I also have a pair of Grim Tim Dry Organic in size 32. They both stretch considerably...

ok im wanted to get something dark and same fit as new cures, so the nudies grim tim dry stretch in 27 is good? they stretch almost as much as apcs?

yea, go a size up for the tims. whether they are raw, selvaged or not, depends on ur model of grim tim u are getting at.

lastly, imo, nudie's dry denim seems to be of a darker shade compared to apc.

@Sk8b0rdE, after going over a little past knowledge and a little browsing I'd say check out Grim Tims, or possible (this is more of a shot in the dark) sizing down on some Big Bengts. If you dig skinny, you may like the Thin Finns, but they aren't great for skateboarding, I've heard/seen. Crotch blow outs. Probably too thin. For what you're looking for.

Other ideas: Good Society Slim Legs, Naked & Famous ?, Acne Mic... Not sure. Trying to keep the price low. Browse Blue in Green, The Denim Bar, and Self Edge. You'll get some ideas.

@altemp, I'm on the slender side of thirty and am wearing some 27 NS.. 26 might be possible, but I had three hip blow outs. If you live a very sedentary life style and want some ridiculously tight jeans, go for it, if not- 27 should do just fine.

(I wish I got 28s, but I'm getting tired of 'skinny' jeans fast)

Does nudies have a jean that fits like a new cure? Or does anyone know a brand that does? I want another pair of jeans just different shade or color than my 26 new cures, but same fit

I have apc new cures in 26 and love the quality and fit, but anyone know a jean thats same good selveged quality/stretch and fit like the new cures but in black?

if you were to look in this thread on the first few pages, you can see the nc stretch just as much. i wear 29 in other pants and 26 in nc. because i 'knew' they were going to stretch 2-3 inches in the waist

I recently ordered a pair of New Cures that should be coming in the mail on Tuesday. I was getting scared that I ordered a size too big or that they would stretch out more than I liked. I went to Barney's, but only found a pair of 29's (I ordered a 28). They felt nice, felt pretty tight but at the same time felt good. So, one size down should be nice. I heard the NC stretch but not nearly as much as the NS, can someone confirm this?

Bought a pair of size 29 NC Indigo thinking they will fit since the size 29 NS Black fitted me.

Unpackaged the wrapping, took one look at the jeans and in no fucking way will those fit me.

Question: Should I size up to 30 for NC? Or just stick with a size 29 NS Indigo?

Wow my 26 nc's didnt even look that tight the first day, and they streched about in inch in the thigh and 2 inches in the waist

size 26 nc my belt loop is 5cm

probably, the belt loops on my NC are 2" top to bottom

So the first wash lets say after a year to show the fades and combs and all should be a hot or cold soak? and with soap in the water like wool lite?

Got these today:

Too loose, could button them up almost straight away without too much hassle. These are size 28, i think i am a true 30/31. I am 29 in dior, 30 in skull. I want a slim fit.

Size down too a 27? 26 will be too tight i'm afraid.

Anyone ever go and get their apcs seems reinforced with a tougher thread? my thighs seem to be streching the outside so the seem threads are starting to show abit

Fit pics. I've been wearing them sitting at the computer for the last 30 minutes and was able to button the top two buttons. Its a tight squeeze but I have a feeling they'll stretch out quite a bit.

if you get jeans that has color run, does washing them with salt and or white vinegar really help?

There are 2 problems with what you are saying here:

First of all: if you don't want your jeans to fade in color or evolve as you wear them, why did you get denim that ages and changes in color as you wear them?

Second of all: the point of holding out on washing is to get a higher amount of contrast in all of the creases in your jeans, which is (apparently) the opposite of what you want.
