i'm actually veryyy looking forward for this, My 1001 is like 5 y old and was my main jeans for 2 years. Lots of repairs on them, so only wear them now on occasion. Beautiful fades and denim and fit!  Looking for more lol =) 

count me in for WH (1001 pref).

like 8-9 years old. Heel recently replaced. 

2. Custom Wesco Jobmaster
7oz oil tan leather r/o leather x black pebble, olive heavy stitching, narrow last, brass hardware, 1 lift lower heel.

3. White's packer, originally steel toe. 
was customised by brass tokyo. full resole to 705 vibram half soles, steel toe removed, unstructured toe now.
10 years old or os. 

4. RedWing GT
Thats how it all started. Like 9-10 years old. Black cherry. Customized few times. Resoled with Dr. Sole white soles. Rolled top removed and added stitching on top. Some new laces here.
False tongues were bought somewhere in Germany i believe =)

Hi guys, any sizing advice on Santa Rosa shorties? 

Usually i wear (us size):

8D in whites packer,

8D RW Beckman,

8D Viberg service boot,

8D Alden barrie (they are a bit tight in wight, but perfect in length), 

9D Nikes 

Bought them 2 years ago, wore about 20 times or even less. Was waiting a year for my Goodwear A-2 to match colours...
Now  it's time to beat the hell out of them

So here is my final update.

2 years, almost everyday wear (5 days per week for sure). Around 10 washes with gentle soap etc.

They are in nice condition still, so now they will have another wash and will fly to US for major repairs, and i hope they will survive few more great years!

i was surprised with fit. kinda perfect straigh fit jeans.

Thing is what they shrunk a bit more with 3rd wash, and my legs are slim with somewhat fatty stomach area (i'm lazy and eating too much).

Also, the inseam lenght is perfect (As u can see its only 1 big stack at the front).

So maybe that's why they fit as it is.

i have leather down vest by this company and it's superb, but not sure about quality of a-2 made by this manufacturer.

i know they are popular in Japan.
