Here's mine...haven't been wearing them too much because I got fat and they're a bit tight.  Do we need to double post updates to both this and the pic only thread?  Or is one place preferred?

Headed to SF next weekend (used to have SE down the street until I moved to chicago). Looking to pick up a new pair of denim - I've been wearing sugarcane oki 31 (which have gotten too loose all around) and naked&famous black slimguy 32 (which is a little loose in the waist and a bit short on the inseam but i like the cut from the thighs all the way down)...

do you have anything heavy (thinking 21oz+ to handle the snow here) that has a similar cut to the n&f and in indigo? i like the slim but not skinny profile but got big thighs so at a minimum i would think 11.5 for a thigh width

i'm headed to japan for one day and wanted to check out some denim. are there any brands that are not imported out of japan / can't get them in the states i should take a look at? also, any dedicated denim stores in tokyo (english speaking preferably as well)

I used a camera phone to take the pictures so the lighting and color is a little off. The jean color is best indicated by the pictures of the tag/front top half of the jeans.

No fades, some creases where you would expect but these should be easily ironed out.

moving to chicago after living in southern california my whole life...

figure my okinawas wont cut it in the cold weather...what jeans should i look at buying to keep me warm? should i just look for something 20oz+ (never wore heavy jeans before) or should i look for something else? only willing to spend about 300...so those flannel ironhearts are out of the question.

whats a good alternative to an ironheart 634s? I'm looking for something around the same weight/straight cut

i'm going to africa on a couple safaris and wanted to bring in a new pair of jeans to wear on the trip. i will be there in the wintertime where it tops out at 60 degrees

was thinking something on the heavier side (closer to 20oz) and tougher...besides ironheart what else would you guys recommend?

i have large thighs so i'm looking for more of a straight cut.
