Stock is real slim in LA when I was there last week, unless they plan on discounting hats (unprecedented) I don't think the 40% will matter much.

Spent Christmas in Vegas and Barneys in the Palazzo is going off.

Copped Band of Outsiders White Oxford for $64 (or 69, scribbles), NumberNine Tuxedo Jacket for $289 (Retail was 1165), and a Raf by Raf Simons pinstripe shirt for $89.

Rick Owens, Raf, and Comme had a lot of nice stuff, and BOO had shirts for you smaller dudes.

Blue Label is good shit, and when you get it off of Duty Free in Taiwan (cheapest) it's the best bang for the buck.

Black Label taste like shit compared to Blue, but if you are fucked you wouldn't know.

I also don't get throbbing headaches from Blue.

It's literally near impossible to get, the requirements are so over the top that it's scary that somebody can even spend that much in one year.

My friend was offered one. He has an online e-commerce business and uses his Platinum AE to purchase postage, as well as the bulk of his purchases.

He averaged 100k for 2 years and was offered the card. It comes with a super high service charge, which I have forgot, and for him the Platinum was fine. I think he even downgraded to Gold, and just upgrades when he buys intl. plane tickets (travels with wife).

Barney's Co-Op at the Grove is really good.

Copped black APCs for 79 (29 is gone ), but there is 30, 31 and 35.

Rag and Bone, Comme Des Garcon, Steven Alan, and loads more were all at least 50% off retail.

The Co-Op in Bev should be better, but fuck all those stairs.

Americana Co-Op is pretty slim pickings, and so is South Coast, but last time I was at either spot was about 1 month ago.

Supreme is doing 30% outerwear and pretty much everything, but tees and headwear.

Hooded duck is gone in Supreme LA.

Chore is pretty thin, thickness is similar to older Supreme Deck jacket (Spring release).

It's thick workwear canvas and for the price I think it is good for layering with a hoody, but stand alone it may not even be sufficient for SoCal winter nights.

definitely not as nice as the moleskin, and a different wool than the last wool one, but no better or worse... big plus is that this years fits much better than the last couple.

Oh, word> I was so thrown off my the flimsy wool that I did not even bother. Moleskin fits slightly large, and the old wool did not sit right. For 208 I might have my sister cop in Soho with her Florida ID.

J Crew chinos are my personal favorite, but they are not slim. BR use to make a slim fit.

And Uniqlo Vintage are great for the price. I like Uniqlo back pockets the best.

Tried on Buzz Rickson's and I think they are only worth the price if you are not tall. For some reason I think it is proportioned well for those who are shorter. Since I am tall I can pass with peasant clothes.
