@mpukas Thanks , my S710 are a 31 tagged waist , I think I’m going to try a 30 in the Void series. Hopefully it works out lol. 

Oh and apologies everyone that June 2020 date is for the Void series .

Book of Fire Series is slated for February 2020 (right around the corner) 

and Book Of Wind Series is scheduled for April 2020. 

 

After further review I really like the Book Of Wind series as well.. but I don’t see myself getting two different pairs so I’m going to stick with Void. 

Hey guys, preorders for “The Book Of Five Rings” series is available on denimio with a shipping date of June 2020. Anyone else excited? I’m really anxious to see what I can do with the “Void” edition. That will be my first pair of 511’s, hopefully the fit works.

Wassup guys , thought i’d bring some life to this thread again. Currently I’m working on 710xx19OZ (7 month, 1 soak) and I finally picked up the SWD-L01 (about 2 months). Really love this shirt, can’t wait to see how it Evo’s. Also very excited about the Book of Element series, can’t wait to see the VOID edition.

Surprisingly no lol, I just always find myself trying to do extra. I love her work, she's great. Can work on pretty much any deadline and her repairs are just really great quality. Pricing is not bad as well.

True, I just enjoyed having a retailer in NYC. I can go in, try them on ... now I have to order and hope the fit is what I was expecting lol.

I agree it sucks that's there's literally no retailers for samurai in the US. They did not have anything in stock when I went there as far as denim goes.

Don't know if anyone answered but when I went into BIG soho the sales associate was telling me that they're reworking what they carry from samurai. Pretty much it sounded like they weren't going to be carrying samurai anymore. But we'll see , im keeping my fingers crossed. 

Greetings everyone, been a while since I've posted figured I'd leave you guys with some updates. 

 

I finally washed my S710xx24OZ , been rocking since 11/5/15. During this period I had about 4 to 5 crotch blowouts , random wear and tear plus my waist tag is destroyed lol. Overall these have been my favorite project. I got my waist size, could of sized up one(recommended) but I love the fit. I would honestly like for samurai push the boundaries even further adding more ozs and maybe even do a cut similar to Dior jp 17.5. I'll have some post sea wash pics up later.

yeah I had them a little early thanks to the good folks at BIG Soho. I'm just waiting on my friend to take these pics for me.
