Got two lanyards on my dfly and ladybug finally.. so much easier to grab out of the coinpocket. not sure if you've seen Giles' post on the IH uk forum cause you're on there iirc but he said they'd apply a bartack for free to anyone with a pair that didn't yet have them; all new pairs like those at SELA have them. Of course I'm not sure how far you are from them/shipping, etc just thought I'd throw it out there

comparing measurements the knee and thigh of the busters is a good bit slimmer than the 710 and the buster has a lower rise. Buster= slimmer overall but I think slightly less of a taper to the leg opening if that makes sense.

^ anything black coated does that.. even expensive PVD and shiet wears off. my titanium money clip wore off, my 'matte black' sharbo wore off, my black coolhook also has wear on the split ring.. this is one of the reasons why i stopped going for murdered out stuff.

yea true story at least the black has nice contrast with the orange-ish tones (no idea how the nickel coated one would wear down). I'll post an update of all my stuff when I get my camera back and all that good stuff.

my superduper cool black keyhook thing is showing lots of brass through the finish now. I can't decide if I like this look or if I'm annoyed that the black is wearing off haha

I know plenty of sites for learning to tie knots, but does anyone have recommendations for where to just buy a really short knife lanyard/fob for a ladybug/dfly size knife? Most of the ones I've found have been like 6-7 inches and seem like they'd be way too long. If I can't find something I like I might just buy paracord...but lazy, etc...plus shipping charges only seem worth it if I buy a pretty sizable amount...hm
