  1. clips are stacked, spurs are now built to compete beyond tim duncan, thunder are healthy again, warriors kept green. gonna be another wild year in the west.

The top four teams in the West are going to end up wearing each other down during the playoffs.

The Spurs seem like the team to beat since they not only signed Aldridge but were also able to land David West for a criminally low amount.  Combined with the fact that it is going to be Duncan's last year, I expect them to play some inspired ball.

  2. There was this half-Asian (Korean I think) / half-Caucasian guy in my middle school and he thought he was something special. I knew his dad was white and was in the military.

We were playing basketball and he pissed me off for whatever reason so I told him that "he is nothing but a son of a whore since his mom was probably a hooker in the military base."

He and all the other kids on the court fell silent as soon as those words left my mouth.

  3. Black HARE Napoleon Jacket tagged size Medium but fits like a slim small.

Bought it for $210 and just received it today but I am no longer as skinny as I like to think I am.

    Measurements:

    Shoulders: 16"

    P2P: 18.5"

    Sleeve length: 25"

Only worn lightly by previous owner. Absolutely no fading and looks new.

$200 shipped in the domestic US. Paypal only.

Please add $10-20 for international shipping depending on location.

First pic is the jacket for sale borrowed from the original seller and I included some additional images found on the web as well (much thanks to those I took the images from).

  4. WTF is Honda doing on that list? You a fan of the ever exciting Civic, CR-V and Accord models? Honda's new models look horrible and their designs have regressed significantly from a decade ago.

Subaru I can understand since it offers AWD at a reasonable price.

Funny you put McLaren on that list but omit Ferrari, Lamborghini and Maserati.

    My top 5:

    Maserati

    Porsche

    Aston Martin

    Mercedes

    BMW

  5. I like coffee anyway I can get it.

100% Kona coffee...I will drink it black. Starbucks...I will add a packet of sugar and splash some half & half to mask the bitterness. Espresso...I will take it black. McDonalds coffee...one sugar one cream. 7-11 coffee...loads of sugar and some cream.

Basically, I add sugar to mask the bitterness of some coffee. Cream always makes the coffee look better...it doesn't look like petroleum.

  6. almost mine

Did this douchebag (Blackout Ego) buy a pair of Dior jeans yet?

He wants to buy every pair of size 28-31 Diors jeans available on Supermarket (check out his post history).

He previously wasted my time and I lost other potential buyers waiting for this guy to pay up, which he never did...what a dick.

  7. SOLD

I am selling my Dior Homme MIJ Black Selvage 19cm jeans in size 28. They are slightly big on me so I hardly wear them; worn less than 10 times.

I am asking for $225 shipped within the U.S. Image 3 is the most representative of actual color.

    Measurements:

    Waist: 15.5 in.

    Inseam: 36 in. (never hemmed)

    Knee: 7.5 in

    Leg Opening: 6.5 in.

  8. Decided not to stay the extra couple of days. Basically flying in at 5:45 AM on Friday and leaving at 8:00 PM the same day.

Will be in the air for 24 hours within a 38-hour span...working life sucks.

Also, would have never stayed at a jimjilbang...come on man, that response was not worth the time for you to type and for me to reply.

  9. Been to plenty of Love Motels in Seoul...Sinsa, Sinchon, Jamsil. I agree some are nice but I don't like the idea of staying at one by myself.

Also, thanks for the hotel suggestions...I hate Itaewon with a passion so The Hamilton is out. Will check out Best Western availability.

  10. I will visit Korea for business next Friday. Thinking about staying an extra couple of nights and leaving on Sunday.

I guess I could stay with family in Seoul but kinda want to be on my own too. Any good hotel recommendations aside from Park Hyatt or Ritz...don't really want to drop $600 for two nights.

  11. Bhop>Rjj

rjj aint got the speed and bhop just got smarter as he aged

This is true now but wasn't the case if you compare prime vs. prime.

RJJ was arguably the most athletically gifted boxer ever and his speed and reflexes prevented him from mastering the fundamentals of boxing...because he could dominate with less than perfect technique. As his athleticism began to wane due to age, his success in the ring has suffered.

BHop on the other hand was less physically gifted and had to rely on technique and strategy for his success. He continued to hone his craft as he aged and therefore has a more successful latter part of his career than RJJ.

  12. My top 10 list (in no particular order):

The Beat That My Heart Skipped by Jacques Audiard

Fallen Angels by Wong Kar Wai

    Paris, Texas by Wim Wenders

Y Tu Mamá También by Alfonso Cuarón

    Stolen Kisses by François Truffaut

Cool Hand Luke by Stuart Rosenberg

    Before Sunrise by Richard Linklater

The Last of the Mohicans by Michael Mann

The Royal Tenenbaums by Wes Anderson

Harold and Maude by Hal Ashby

  13. What's wrong with made in China? Country of origin doesn't automatically dictate price - there are still individual boutique factories that can source materials / tailor their stuff like high end Italian / Japanese ones. Likewise, Japanese stuff aren't necessarily all good.

Nothing wrong with China per se...but when I am paying stoopid amounts of money on designer shit, I expect them to be made in Italy, France or England (yes, I know it is mostly Chinese workers in factories located in those countries).

Labor is only one component of a complex value chain and I doubt any fashion house even contemplates passing the savings (from manufacturing in China) on to the customers.

  14. This is going to sound boring but...Brooks Brothers Fitzgerald suit should be perfect for what you described.

You could get the plain gray but I recommend the navy in medium stripes. For your height, get the suit in Short length.

    Congratulations on the wedding.

  15. anyone have experience with k-girls ?

got this k-girls number like 4 days ago , havent contact her yet .

how do they play the game generally or are they just like any other girls ?

Why waste time with K-Girls when you are in nippon? That is like going to Paris to buy Italian clothes.

Korean girls aren't worth the trouble. They lack the elegance required to take seriously and they are strong-willed to the point of being off-putting...although some are hot in that "pump her and dump her" sort of way.
