Yup- wool pile  (heavy) similar to dorozome mud dyed thorson released last spring, but with wool instead of lighter weight liner. 

If I recall correctly just the long liner- it's back spring 2018 but I think instead of a wool mohair lining its a cotton sateen.

tbh i bought titanfall 2 to support the devs since the battlefield launch kinda smothered it. That being said I feel like titanfall 2 is just another generic shooter- the only redeemable quality is the multiplayer is fast and frantic, however battlefield just seems more epic. No doubt both are worth full price, the amount of entertainment you get is more than worth the cost of admission.

I think a lot of it has to do with design and cutting going into heavy asian influence which is not as easy to wear and can come off as costumey. A lot of the new garments are also priced far out of their acceptable range for intangible benefits. For example, the silk dotera literally has the same shell and liner as the non-silk version, the only difference is the silk baffling and a velvet collar. There is some merit behind the price in that mawata silk is very labor intensive, but any idiot can see that its not even close to the price they are charging (mawata for example is not that expensive if you buy in bulk, despite what the marketing video pushed out by vis suggests). 

When you start to approach more and more extreme forms of garment production, with more niche items that generally cater to a primarily asian audience through design or fitting (The latest patterns are VERY Asiatic), its not hard to see why the brand doesn't have the same momentum for Westerners.

I have played around with coworkers and they are fine for the money, software is ho-hum but can be rooted easily. I think this is a great value for 500, and will likely sell out instantly and fetch a higher price through resellers for a couple months until stock levels out. Working in technology I can guarantee that if you drop it the device will be hosed and I know for a fact xiaomi doesnt have any warranty program especially when bought through a reseller (hence the low price, among other things like copyright infringement). Something to keep in mind if you drop $500 on a device...
