im getting that bomber jacket in the 3rd row down. mine is going to be in army green, although i would have loved it in the brown above.

the revolve site has an amazing sale going on right now and with their floating coupon i got that jacket for only 145 dollars.

Thanks I did look into that model but don't like the look of that white stripe back pocket unless there's a way to take it off.

I'm sort of done with slubby type denim now: pbj, sc, hairy eternals, etc.

I like the sheeny rigid denims like dior and somets now.

anyone know where i can pick up a pair of premium denim as close as below as possible?

i know these are the 008 somets and the only thing i dont like about them are the darts that go past my knees.

any other brand/model that will closely resemble the fit below? thanks

Basically, i am trying to find that elusive pair of jeans that fit as close as below as much as possible:

very slim thigh ,

no antifit topblock/seat,

low rise,

slim,tapered leg,

with at least a 35-36 inseam.

in a premium japanese selvage HEAVY dark raw denim (14 oz or more)

i know the below are 008 somets and

would have been perfect for me (i ordered a pair and promptly returned it)

if it werent for the darts they put in which run way past my knees and looks sloppy.

can anyone honestly help me out what brand/who may carry a jean that looks as close as below as possible but without any funky arcuates and the silly darts?

i own a pair of 003 somets but as slim as they are, compared to the above, they are way baggy especially around the knee and below.

but however, the color difference to my xx007 is not markedly different to warrant me to keep this pair along with my xx007.

I have a pair of somet straights. They actually come in a 14.5 oz denim but it is rich and relatively heavy.

My somets are one of my favorite jeans I have as well. Right up there with my pbj.

im going to get better photos than that above. the jeans are in excellent condition not what the photos tend to show with the overexposed folds and everything.

so i have been very intriqued by Sugarcane recently and previously i have had no interest in repro fits (still dont) but just noticed alot of talk about the details and unique aspects of sugarcane that makes them so desirable by this forum.

is the python patch, uniquely designed pocket lining, and arcuates really worth getting a pair although the silohuette may not be too flattering?

or am i missing something good in these reproduction cuts/fits? ive seen photos of poeple wearing them and all i see is relaxed, shapeless, sometimes amorphous cuts from these cuts.

anyone care to elaborate on the appreciation factor behind getting into sugarcane?

so what makes for the aesthetic or functional difference between RHT and LHT?

i only can find a general definition of the weft being sloping left for one and vice versa for the other.

what's with all the pickiness about the leaf logo on the back pocket?? like, "kudos to all those who got the blue tabs instead of the leaf.." whatevers.

Just a comment on pbj especially the xx005 cut for those thinking about getting it and those concerned about relative thigh slimness,

The pbjs are way slimmer in the thigh than your average slim jean.

I wouldn't go by the thigh measurement posted on BiG because it is a little off. Like the 31s I have measure to be at most 11 inches, the site claims they are a conservative 11.75 inches.

Don't know why their measurements are off in this when usually their charts are spot on for most other measurements.

so what does everyone see in their sammies that makes them so good to you?

honestly i dont see the fit on sammies as good as other brands like pbj, iron heart, fh, etc. (they look too loose in the thigh, a little flaring, something off in every photo ive seen of samurai)

I'm 5'11 and lost a whole bunch of weight to go down to 165 lbs and bought a whole lot of premium jeans but am on a hiatus as I gained back some weight to go up to 188 lbs and could not fit in any of my jeans anymore. However, I am on my way back down again and currently at 182 lbs and still haven't stopped purchasing jeans at my 168lb size of 30 waist which are still coming in but just hung up in my closet until I can fit in them again.

I haven't received the last three yet but when I get back down to my low weight again, ill take some photos and post up.

My preference is more for slim to slim tight. I know the eternals I'm getting is a relaxed fit.

I'm still looking for the jean that can give me a low rise (9in or lower front, 12.75 in or lower back), slim thigh (21 inch upper thigh), slim straight (7.75 in knee and to hem),with a longer inseam like 36 inch.

Haven't found one yet. All my pbjs come in 33in inseam which I find a bit contradictory to what they seem to try to accomplish in their designs.

That is why my pbjxx010 I am yet to receive I plan to soak only knee up.

To prevent any extra shrinkage to the initial inseam. And just do soaks and washes from knee up always on that jean.

Think that's a bad idea?
