So are all LVC 501 47's are shrink-to-fit?

So and if I buy a 31 waist, they'll actually measure 30 and shrink to 29 and stretch to 31?

I got S710XX from BiG and they're lot 11. Is there any difference from lot 10 to 11? The waist will shrink to tagged size, right? Will they stretch a lot? :confused:
