Marc Jacobs mentioned that Stephen Sprouse is his inspiration on his death commemoration (Stephen Sprouse was once the designer of LV where Marc Jacobs is now).

His pieces, especially from the "Stephen Sprouse" label, are very difficult to come across nowadays and a collector's piece.

This was specially made by Stephen Sprouse on his third level Wooster Street store in 1987. This is from his best label "Stephen Sprouse" not the "S" or "Sprouse" label.

100% Silk, Navy blue, peak lapel, two button, full canvas, surgeon cuff, single vent.

Front coat buttons are anchored on the back. I had the chance to came across some high end brands (D'Avenza, Luciano Barbera CZ, Spencer Hart, Jil Sander, Lanvin, Corneliani, Zegna, Brioni and some bespoke suits), in my view I would say for a designer suit the quality is close to the Jil Sander level.

No rips or tears, lining intact. There are signs of wear on the back of the pant legs near the calves, and also beneath both armpits of the jacket however during wearing, both are not obvious. Overall suit is in a good condition.

The coat is a tapered fit, with sleeves that slightly flare; and the trousers have a sharp crease and tapered leg. It has an incredible silhouette, and extremely sharp look.

Sleeve 17" from armpit to cuff and 25" from shoulder to cuff

Trousers are labeled size 32, with the waist measuring 32", the inseam measures 30". The waistband is button adjustable (up to 34" waist).

YSL Rive Gauche (suede) leather shirt/jacket/cardigan. This is awesome, made of calf leather with impeccable tailoring of Tom Ford. Wear the shirt without the leather cord and it will become a layering cardigan and with the cord to become a unique shirt/jacket. The shirt was purchased in Bologna for 1500EUR.

The cardigan is of exceptional quality and unique design. It was purchased from UK (retailed for 500GBP) and I didn't have the chance to wear this. Will fit someone from EU46-50 depending on how you want it to fit.

This cardigan is a rare piece with similar style to Carpe Diem, Julius, LUC etc.

Neck center to sleeve hem is 37 inch.

Armpits without being stretched is 20-21 inch (51-52cm) and stretches up to 55cm I would say.

Around neck seam to bottom is 39 inch (excluding hoodie)

The piece is versatile and can be stretched thus it will fit a person from 46 (oversized cardigan), 48 (fit) or 50 (slim) depending on how you want the fit.

The quality is very nice. Unlike other flimsy wool shirts, this is very thick and strong.

In my view (I owned both Pendleton and Woolrich), Pendleton makes a better woolen shirt than Woolrich.
