so i was at gordon biersch last night in San Jose, CA and had the waitress spill 90% of a pint down my back - obviously soaking my shirt (they gave me a GB t shirt, thanks! lol), going into my undies, and soaking my lucky jeans.

They were apologetic, somewhat, and offered to pay for my drycleaning. Since i've only washed this pair once (worn it maybe 15-20 times) because I dont want it to fade, denim care etc, i told them that i would come in tomorrow bringing them:

-my soaked jeans that they can have

-a receipt for newly purchased lucky brand jeans to replace my old ones

is this fair or over the top?

also, i cant find my exact bootleg jean - the "santa cruzer" so ill just get whatever $110-150 join they have
