So looking for a new denim project. Currently I am working on some New Cures, and some Helmut Langs on the side, but the Langs aren't going to turn out very well.

I am looking at either some N&F Skinny Guys, or Ande Whall Rakers. I am looking for something with a fit similar to my Cures. I have heard that the Rakers are going to be tighter that the Skinny Guys, but from the pictures it's hard to tell.

I have alot of scene/emo friends and NC or PS are no where near as tight as their jeans.

Go to hot topic, pick out size 1 bright pink girl jeans and put those on. Now you have an emo fit.

Hey I'm looking to jump on those sanforized Rakers in the sale section. They are 31 in the waist and I am a true 32, I wear a 29 in New Cures for comparison. Do you think the Rakers would stretch too much?

I am going to get some Ande Whall Rakers and I am wondering if anybody has any experience with how much they stretch in the waist. I can save some money if I get a size 31 waist in the sanfordized denim. I am a 32 true, and I wear a size 29 in APC.

Okay I've read the whole thread and I got some real questions and specific ones.

When you tried them on the first time to which button could you button them up to?

How much did they stretch out to, and are you satisfied with the fit now?

The Sales Rep told me not to hem shorter because they will shrink in length, But how much will they shrink and will it ruin the fit if I do?

I always see the same answers "they stretch out mad crazy" and " i couldn't button them up all the way" but how stretchy and whats all the way.

Currently I have a size 30 NS(normally a 32) and I just couldn't button the last button at the store. But they have stretched out to where I think it could sized one more down Or I have no ass.Plus they are really too long, I don't like stacks and i kinda like them more of a European fit.I'm just trying to figure out the exact scenario to which I can get the perfect fit and not worrying about getting wrong sizes.

When I bought my my NC i sized down 2, to a 29 and I couldn't get the last button done. After about 2 months of wearing every other day they have stretched to about a 30.5. I don't exactly like the stacks on mine, but they aren't awful enough for me to get them hemmed. I ruined a pair of Crates when I got them hemmed

I have been wearing my nudie Organic SJ's for about 4 months now and the waist has stretched about an inch too big. Would a hot soak for about 4 hours bring them back down a bit?

So what are your thoughts on dry cleaning? I spilled an entire glass of coke on my Nudie SJ's and got them dry cleaned. I had only been wearing them for about a week, and I am now 3 months in and they seem to be wearing normally. So did I dodge a bullet or does the dry cleaning process not effect dry denim at all?

Just got a pair of the slim fits from context a few days ago.
