one year! i didnt know i had it in me. well they STUNK so i decided to swim in them, then soak when i got home. everytime i changed water in the tub, it left another tub filled with yellow/brown grime. it was disguisting haha. in total, i changed water in the tub 6-7 times, about a 16 hour soak total (they needed it). one of the soaks i added some costco detergent. A few of them i used big pots of boiling water to hopefully kill the germs. results? they got a lot lighter in color, the combs for the most part lined up (thank god) and they have a whole few feel to them without the sweat. Here are the pics, i really snapped away for my 1 year photoshoot.
