I just found a panasonic sport bike in my dumpster. Everything is fine except the wheels have gone flat and the frame is chipped. I'll post some pictures tommorow when I find my camera. I'm planning on converting it to fixed gear and this will be my first conversion ever. Hopefully I'll have it done in 2 weeks.

edit: found a picture on the web, its this exact same model and exact color. How hard would it be to convert it to fixed,and whats the are some good cranks, saddles and wheels that would accentuate the bike?
