i actually made that while i was down in San Diego. It turned out really good, better than some places i've had in sd. i think i might need to open up a taco shop or something up here

is it really just a lodge? I have a whole slew of antique cast iron and none have that extra handle, so it was new to me.

It's just a standard Lodge cast iron skillet

Here are my 501's they are about a year old with about 8-10 months wear. washed a handful of times. Don't wear them too often now because they are a bit snug.

It's been a while since i've been there and i've only been a handful of times, but from what i remember i really enjoyed it. Tacos are good, burritos are good, i think they even make their own tortillas. I usually hit up the main spots too just because it's closer to where i used to live. If you are in the area you should check that place out.

I grew up in National City. You should try Mi Tierra's, its across the street from Tacos El Gordo and next to Wienerschnitzel.

When I was back in San Diego had this at least once a week. Damn i miss socal for carne asada fries.
