    the owner opened up The Balcony at Jamboree Plaza in Irvine, they have the same shaved snow but for some reason it's not as epic

    not personal experience. word on the streets yadig. I just know that their sweet potato fries are bomb.

  2. Pepper Lunch, the only one in the United States is in Milpitas, CA. that place is fucking delicious it's the only place i know of that makes curry like i remember it tasting in japan.

    but omg, pepperlunch is so much better in asia :'(

  3. Alright so I went to some korean fushion joint in Orange County and they had a thing called THE KORRITO.

    Not sure exactly what was in there, but I would assume it was kimchi, rice, bulgogi and whatever else wrapped in a tortilla and then topped with tofu soondooboo

  4. There is nothing about the above image that isn't the single greatest thing I have ever seen. Had you made the banchan yourself rather than buying it premade you would have attained korean grandma nirvana...

    Did you buy pre-marinaded meat (a la H-mart, the best place ever) or did you make your own?

    it was 10pm we were hungry as fuck. everything is from hmart (except the salad, we made that)

    sprouts

    potato salad

    fishcakes

    rice (no vis)

    barley tea

    kimchi

    samchang (spicy bean paste)

    more green onions to top the meat.

    the cool part is i'm not korean. at all.

  6. First attempt at Enchiladas (I'm Asian btw) Needed more sauce, but in the words of my Korean (from Korea) friend: "This is the best Mexican food I have ever had"
