unfortunately the waist never really stretched for me and after a wash, i'm gonna need to lose some weight before putting them on again.

decided to bump up the official thread (rather than the group buy thread). the new pre-orders have shipped out and i just received my 501XXs yesterday. glad to finally get my proper size (-01).

Quick Jin update. Less than a month of real wear and already alotta blue showing through. Anyone elses Jins starting to fade this fast too?

indeed. i've worn mine on and off for about 4 months and everything above the knee is so blue, while below the knee the denim still looks brand new.

warm/hot soaked for 4 hours and hang dried. worn for two days. i left something in the hem to stop it from shrinking too much so there'd be less taper. no fading, but wrinkles are present. colors are a bit misrepresented as the jeans came out pretty light. more shots available upon request. not in a hurry to sell, but noticed that BiG is already sold out in this size yet again. just trying to help out anyone fiending for them.

sorry if it's been asked before, but has there been any word of the F380 cut being made with a black denim? i'd like to just get some 4001bks, but they just seem to slim for me.

got a pair of these in sz 29. hot soaked and after a day of wear i noticed there's extra space at the top of waistband, but it's still true to size. i'll attribute this to the low rise.

loving these so far. before/after pics shall follow in a few days, too hectic around the house to snap photos.

got my confirmation early this morning. the total for my DJ-501XXs came to 24,000 + 2800 (postage) + 500 (paypal fee) = 27,300 which is approximately $255. i would say postage and paypal should be about the same for each pair shipped to the US, so calculate away.

thanks for the heads up arlee. i can finally get the 501xxs in my proper size.

i may have been staring way too long, but is there a frame of....nothingness in the crotch area? tyler durden style...

i'm honestly not sure, as there are not many people out there to comment. although in the week i wore them, they didn't seem to stretch much. what size do you normally wear?

and for a little extra info -

i asked my brother to try them on as he usually wears 32s (probably is a true 33 though), but he wasn't able to get all the buttons up. so i'd say these are good for a true 31, or 30 if you want a slouchy look, or 32 if you want some huggies.

hey all. have to sell these beauties as they just do not fit me right. i bought these from fellow sufu member Cali in hopes that they would shrink down a bit more, but they're still a bit too big at the waist for me and it leads to too much hip flare for my tastes (i'm a 28 or 29). just gonna wait until they do their next run to get my correct size.

already warm/hot soaked for 4 hours and tossed in the dryer originally, so i suppose most of the shrinking is out. i wore these 7 days lightly (just sitting at a desk). creases and wrinkles are present but not set, and i have not noticed any actual fading. pics should show everything (sorry i had to use flash), but if you want other angles or natural lighting shots, please let me know.

About 185cm and 65 - 70kg? Those are with 36" inseam. Shirt is size M.

dang it, i think i'm going to suck it up and just wear mine with a belt. hopefully another hot soak and a tumble dry in the future will somehow take in the waist at least another inch.

welp, the denim came in yesterday (thanks for the uber fast shipping and mag cali!) and i hot soaked for 3 hours and hang-dried. tried them on this morning and the waist is still way big on me (measures at about 32.5). everything else about it feels great and it's some beautiful denim, but i just don't think i can wear them

think i'll have to throw these up in the market, unless someone wants to trade my 01s for their -01s or 00s? or is there a good method for shrinking up a waistline an extra 2-3 inches?
