Eternal 811BG - 3 Years of wear
23 -
I wear a 38, and it's a little snug in the waist.. Keep in mind the sleeves are short.

Where you going to college laxlife? If you are staying in NYC there's a couple good places I like - either Color House or Luster. Otherwise you'll want to send things out to a lab.

If it's any consolation, I don't see a watermark at all, but I agree that it doesn't look right to me. If you guys ever want to shoot in the city let me know.

s100 or x20 are the best bets, depending on size, g12 could be awesome.

Mine are currently drying, but they've been some fun places of late
Namely PS 1 in Long Island City
Then Sedona
Then doing my thing at the Grand Canyon
And we're done!

Heading to morroco at the end of February with my dad for 7 days when travel is all said and done. Thinking about doing Casablanca, Fes, Marrakech, and Essaouira. Is that too much to bite off? We're both photographers and really want to experience street/market culture and document that.

As for scanners, not totally sure, the one everyone loves is the V700, but it's around ~$500, I've heard good things about the V500 too tho.

Out of curiosity, what's some of the better film to get for color?
Portra 400 and Fuji 400H are the base (and are ideal) - you'll find different tones along the way and figure out which you like.
I keep mine tagged here, if you want to see:

For a cheaper option, I really like Superia 200/400 too

Treat everyone with respect and your work will benefit. Try to ask permission if it's 'portrait'y, feel guilty if you steal a shot.

I tend to avoid homeless shots (it seems a little exploitative, but that's my opinion), love 1 & 3 tho.

Mine'll get their last wash tonight, then should be good to go for photos.

You always see a drop off, especially in long contests - I think Sufu has had a lot of decline in the past 2 years which contributes. Ultimately, not having lots of check in requirements or anything made it quiet.
That being said, this isn't restricted to this contest - the Left Field Contest has been dead too.

sat at work, which is why my pants are boring:
Then went out at night to checkout the global rainbow project in the meat packing district, which was partially as a display of solidarity with the communities that were hit hardest by sandy (the beams were pointed to the areas hit hardest, and were visibile for 35 miles apparenlty)
