  1. Im not sure about deluxe and stuff but I have seen Evisus that has tags saying made in japan with the size above it. I think that it should be a 'pride' for any brand to have 'made in japan' in their tags. The evisu u shown does not have that on the tag and neither does lots of evisus now (even some no.1). I guess that theyre not made in Japan but im not saying theyre made in China. Theres also some Evisus that has a little made in Hong Kong tag under the original tag but many dont which I guess theyre most likely to come from China. Yamane must be in it for the money now not like the way he started with those vintage looms, he got charged for cheating tax even though hes prob so rich now...

  2. I use to really love Evisus but then a lot of fakes were up on Ebay and not only that but Yamane allowed authentic evisus to be produced in China and he was also charged for tax invasion. I think the reason why Evisu started becoming so popular in the start was about him buying old levis vintage looms and jeans were handpainted by him very earlier on. Then I guess he was more in it for the money and started mass producing so yeah hmmm.... but I guess if you like the denim and you dont wanna spend as much money you could buy Eternal 872 for 200USD. The cut is around the same and if you can always remove the stitching if you dont like it :)

  3. First time I tried my indigo dukes they were so tight and I had to struggle very hard to get the top button done. Now theyve stretched and wont stay up without a belt. I shouldve sized down one but I'd probably be walking around with the top button undone for a while if I sized down

  4. Depends on your build I guess. If you're kinda skinny you might wanna consider sizing down on Kings but if you're bigger-ish just stay true to size. They stretch quickly if you wear them hard enough :).

  5. I dont know if you guys know but I just went to The Apartment today and theyre having a nice sale

    100 = 10%

    200 = 20%

    300 = 30%

    400 = 40%

    40% is the max discount but Ive just went there today and got a pair of imperials for 215AUD:). The sale ends tomorrow at 9pm and they have Nudie (including Masa), Edwin, Imperials, Corpus, Earnest, Levis and maybe some other stuff but thats all I remember. They also have a range of clothes and sneakers for sale. They're located in CBD Elizabeth Arcade

  6. The website does say free shipping worldwide but Ive never bought any mizra jeans before. I think the jeans is quite unique but i dont think it is that good. Theyre around 440AUD and imo its a bit overpriced. Based on what I remember I dont think the jeans are selvage and the quality looks so so but I wouldn't really know that much about it because i havent really seen it in real life. Personally I would go for MPS-05008 instead of the lighter colour denim and depending on your country you might have to pay taxes even though it's free shipping :P.

  7. One of the forum member had offered to sell me a pair of NS made in Japan. I thought that all APC jeans are made in Macau. Does anyone else have a pair of these and is there any difference in quality? Im quite sure these are legit and the only noticable difference I can see is that in the tags where it says made in japan it has 100 below the C while both pairs of my NS says 102, and also the new standard and size tags are right below the APC tag

  8. Tony what size are you normally? If you're a size 30, you should wear them around for a while till they stretch. Im normally size 32 and Im going to buy a 31 because I'm pretty sure the whiskering and honeycombs will look a lot better (especially the whiskers). I know I wont be able to button them up for at least a week or two but my 32 dukes have stretched up to around 33 now but they dont feel loose.
