Yeah the low rise is very different for me. The reason I'm trading for a size up is to be able to wear my boxer briefs comfortably.

Going to disagree. It unnecessarily ballooned your thighs, but it could be because of the way you're holding your shirt. Well whatever floats your boat, and I believe balloons can float boats.

They don't make 25s.

My back sweats more than my legs. Wearing Skulls in 100 degree weather is cupcakes.

Somet 008 26s... they fit just like my TFDBC 27s. Definitely feel like I should size up at least one, but the waist on these already feel a little loose. Maybe I'm just used to the vice grip waist of my Skull 28s.

What is your height and weight? I'm curious as I just ordered a size 26 today, but won't be able to get my hands on them until nearer the end of the month.

I think I sized down 1 with my Skulls too. I had bruises on my hips for a week!
