how to size on dbss sneakers? what does a size 2 fit in US?

DBSS changed their sneaker sizing to 8, 9, 10 (1, 2, 3 respectively). My pair of size 8s can accommodate a US8 - US9 (possibly larger like US9.5).

Other than ACR and Veilance, who does a good technical blazer? The Veilance one seems a bit too traditional, and while the ACR one is extremely dope, I worry that the colors aren't versatile enough for me. Tan or navy would be preferable to black or olive. Anyone have any recs?
