hi, im looking to buy a pair of raw dior 19cms

i just measured myself and in 30 inches around where i want them to be fitting

with stretch in mind, what is the appropriate size to buy?

so after a 4 hour long hot soak, should i:

chuck them into a dryer until they are dry?
