Actually they're like a thin finn on steroids. Ie TF for people with bigger thighs. Fits loose on the top with a tapered leg.

Get some raw black denim. Sew it on like a patch. Or rip off the denim in that bleached part and repair it with the denim. Or get a new pair.

shipping isnt cheap from australia as most of you should know, and im losing a whole heap as i just got into a car accident and need money to fix the car.

Yeah I can vouch for em, retail price of APC and Nudie are quite high in Aus, Nudies retails for 220 AUD and above, and if my memory serves me correctly the APC NS were AUD 285 when I tried em on.
