Under armpit, edge to edge is 20.25"

Three inches under armpit to armpit, where i usually measure chest, it's about 19"

The narrowest portion of the torso is about 18.25 inches.

50, converts to 40" technically, but it's extremely difficult to measure the chest. are you interested in buying the suit?
