Yeah, I think harringtons are a little bit wide to begin with, but it's too wide for me too. I have a Fred Perry in medium and it fits better.

I can post real measurements when I get home, but off the top of my head the waist should measure about 16", and the inseam is 35". They will probably stretch but not very much.

Umm. I bought them a little over a year ago I think, soaked 3 times with Dr. Bronners. The crotch exploded so I got them patched up. The leather patch is falling off. I don't wear them all that much anymore.
