well heres the thing: i consider myself fashionable, and i have been told that i am handsome, however i am only 5'7. i am also dark skinned, would a modeling gig really work out there?

why do you say that? is the quality of life that bad there? from what i had seen it wasnt too bad, now is there really alot of crime, and will people take advantage of me if they see i am wealthy? especially in makati please.

Well, I'm not practically from LA, I'm more from the valley, so I have yet to have had that big city experience yet. I mean, I visited Makati a few weeks ago and I fell in love with everything there. It was a beautiful city with beautiful people, and not to mention Greenbelt was a great time. Club Absinth is awesome, anyone else ever been there? I hooked up with some celebrity out there, it was great. She said she's on ASAP on Sundays or something like that.

Im considering making the biggest decision of my life. I am currently a high school senior in Los Angeles and I want to attend college in Manila. I'm Filipino, and I'm wondering if any of you guys live there, especially near Makati. Or even better, if anyone here has experienced the same thing that I would like to go through, I just need some more insight on this before I'm sure that I leave. Any help on the night life there would be helpful as well.

Thanks for all the help guys, thanks to Double D I'm really leaning towards the Rakers right now, however I'm still looking for an anti fit. Is there any way this is possible or would I still have to look for another jean? Because right now it seems like Rakers are the way to go.

Hey guys, I really love how the Dior jeans fit, with lots of stack and a skinny silhouette. Too bad I just dont have the money to pay that much. I'm 5'6/5'7, so do you think an APC New Cure, an Ande Whall Raker 28/34 or a Nudie Thin Finn 28/34 will do the trick? These jeans are more in my price range since I'm only 16 years old. thanks zelah, hey im wondering if you think that the new cures will stack better than the new standards. the new standards seem like a straight fit even though they're not, but do you think if i bought the new cures it would look like the dior fit? because thats what im looking for, but at 16 years old i dont have that kind of money.

Hey guys, I'm really interested in buying some nice jeans like all of you guys, but most of you guys are taller than I am. I am afraid that these jeans will not look good on me because the length is too long. I would like to have the skinny, stacked jeans look, but at 5'6, 125, how much stack is too much? I was thinking about the Nudie Thin Finn in 28/32, but I want it to look like how you guys look, especially with Diors. I am also looking at the APC New Cure or the Ande Whall Rakers. If any of you short guys out there can help me out that would be awesome.

I'm looking to get into raw denim, and I'm looking at BiG and I see that these look like a good jean to start off. Nice, Japanese denim, and i'm looking for a pretty slim cut, something like a Levis 514 or a Nudie Thinn Finn, do you think these would be it? Also, if I purchased these, would I have to soak them one more time to get the measurements I want, because they say one wash already.
