  1. Next up, a pair of size 10 sage green multi-eyelet Converse by John Varvatos. I've only worn these twice, both times on carpet (in the office.) I normally wear a 10.5, but these actually run a bit large on me. Comes with the dustbag. Outsole is 12". $50.00.

Next, a pair of Carpe Diem size 9 grey canvas shoes, although they run a bit large (12" outsole.) Fit my size 10.5 feet perfectly. These things are pretty amazing: they're canvas on the outside, and buttery-soft leather on the inside. When unworm, they collapse down upon themselves, the foot inside is the only thing that keeps the shape. Not sure if I want to part with these, as I really do love them. $400.00.

Finally, one of the Linea self-cut shirts. These are pretty much self-explanatory, as I'm pretty sure everyone is aware of these. Purchased from SuFu member goldengloves, just never quite made it into the rotation. Tried on once. SOLD!

$7.00 shipped for all items in the US, $15.00 overseas. Shoes do not come with boxes.

    Thanks for looking!

  2. As far as moisturizer is concerned, I've tried a bunch, but I'm a huge fan of the botanical kinetics lotion from Aveda:

It's nice and light, but moisturizes incredibly well without smelling girly.

On a daily basis, I use Kiehl's face wash in the shower. I also use Clinique for Men face scrub about every other day to keep the pores open and get rid of excess gunk.

  3. There's a restaurant around here that does a Benedict of the Month. July's is always a cheeseburger benedict.. It's fucking amazing, even if it does require a month of starvation and an angioplasty afterwards..

  4. those shoes are cool!

are they still on sale anywhere?

Brown's and Aloha Rag are the only two stores at which I've been able to locate them. Aloha Rag is completely sold out, and Brown's only has 6, 7, 11, and 12. I'm going to keep searching, but I'm not holding my breath at this point. :(

  5. I think I have a pair of these bought off someone on sufu. The black stripe is probably painted on and the overall quality of the shoe isnt the best.. but you get what you pay for, it still looks quite nice.

I bought a pair as well, and you're right, the stripe is definitely painted on. I'm also disappointed in how quickly they're falling apart, but the look is still top-notch.

  6. Jeans claimed, thanks all. (derdankhund - I'm having PM issues, so I don't know if my reply went through.. if you have a chance, can you PM me your address? thanks.)

Howdy. I'm a short-term lurker, sometimes shopper.. Anyhow, thanks to this forum, I've been exposed to a whole load of cool stuff, and as such, it's time for me to give back in one tiny little way.

First person to PM me can have these here jeans free of charge. US only, please.. Don't want to spend a ton in shipping.

I bought them off of Yoox a few weeks back, and have only worn them 2 or 3 times, but they're just too darn big. If it weren't for that, I'd be holding onto them. The pictures suck, but the jeans are covered mostly in grey wax, with the blue showing through on the thighs and seat. Length runs true to size, and the waist measures 19" flat. These are from Series 5.

Again, sorry for the crappy pics, let my sister borrow the camera.

  7. I have a pair of the 34" toshiro itos, and the waist is right at 34", perhaps even a touch below.. Minimal stretching around the waist at this point.

I love these jeans, they're absolutely great. Highly recommended.
