i've been losing quite a bit of weight lately and it's getting worrisome...my appetite hasn't really decreased (considering i smoke a lot). Damn it was just 2 months ago I had a protruding gut and couldn't fit into my size 30 Diors.

i've been munching on snacks and desserts almost non-stop lately when im at home and up late in the night.. be it all those asian snacks sweet and salty.. and cheesecakes.. my day almost isnt complete without them. i can almost see those senarios that ppl break under stress and vent by eating non stop and get super fat in the end. depressing.
