  1. Just go on a diet. Lift some weights and do some sit ups for like 15-20 min, then do a 20 min cardio. It's gotta be the first thing you do in the morning though, so by the time you get to the cardio, your body will be forced to used your stored fat as energy. haha, i'm a 32 myself. =]
