  1. Inseam is about a 29 but i'll make sure when I go home later tonight.

And pics may take a little longer cuz i hafta borrow a camera. But there's very minimal wear. No noticeable fades and a some light creases. I didn't wear them very much and when i did, it was mostly sitting around and a little bit of walking around school.

  2. If the cut doesn't fit you why would you ever buy/wear it. Is there really anyone thats gonna admit to buying a pair of jeans just for brand name even though they look terrible in em?

I love denim but because i don't like the average sufu fit i will prob never buy about 90% of the jeans i see here. Still its a good place to learn and it has helped me find some great looser jeans.

have a pair of the old prps raw about a year old, Rag & Bone rb11(prob the skinniest i will ever buy) and a pair of sorahikos on the way.

  3. I guess I'll try to be more specific in what i'm looking for.

waist stretching to about 29" and not much more

    thigh about 10.5"

    knee- about 8.5"

hem - at least 8" they will be hemmed to about 28" down the inseam.

And I really want to avoid anything with hip flare.

Are there any samurais that fit close to this.

my friends going to japan soon so i'm not limited to the models available in the US.

  4. I know pretty much all samurais are slimmer, but which models have looser legs. I wanna get in on some of that great denim but i don't like the super slim fits. I'm looking for a non skinny straight fit.

  5. Can I get some sizing advise for Samurai S512XXBC - 19 oz.

they seem to run small, so I should size up? but i'm guessing they'll shrink, but I'm not gonna wash em often so i need to account for stretching too. (i don't know why this is bold)

  6. I have a friend in japan so I'm thinking of having her get me some evisu's from their stores over there, but I have a few questions.

Theres some conflicting info on this thread on this. I've read that the No. 2 is lighter weight than the No. 1 and that the No. 1 is superior in quality. I've also read that its almost the same denim and its just that the no 2 are sanforized. So what really is the difference between the two?

Also is there a cut like the 2000 but a little tighter in the top block?

  7. Rag & Bone RB11 - Not the heaviest denim out there, but still really nice. The cut is absolutely awesome. Not too slim straight. Nice cotton lined waist band to keep it from stretching too much. All the small details on this one are amazing too. Suspender buttons, half lines back pockets, hidden rivets, etc..

Its not flashy (no leather patch or loud back pocket stitching) Its a nice clean look. Highly recommended.

btw, mine is not the light weight version.
