i have a: black M kermit
i want to trade for a: white M kermit
i'd prefer locals in the LA/OC area because i'm wary about sending for trades.
reply or PM and i'll get back to you quick.

i got my email almost immediately after i placed my order. 8:39am PST.
my only gripe: placed a white M kermit tee in my cart, checked out and got a black M. definitely gonna look to trade once i get it.

You're Rock and Republic jeans!
Hello, hot stuff! Your sex appeal and flirtatious aura puts you on par with racy Rock and Republic jeans. Like the brand, you’re often the center of attention—and would like to keep it ...
at first i thought it was weird no one else got this but then i realized, most of you are guys. if not all of you.

cuffed:
without:
the more i look at it, the less i know what to do. i just keep thinking... i'm already a short girl; isn't the extra stacking going to make me look like i have shorter legs and therefore even shorter? not so cute.

4 inches really doesnt stack as much as youd think. I wouldn't have them hemmed any shorter, unless you have really unproportionately short legs.
what about internally cuffing? i tried letting them down and the extra stacking looks kind of excessive. my legs aren't unproportional; i'm only 5'0".

haha
i like his music, for sure
but i hate looking at him. its rather painful.
also, the videos induce epileptic fits.
i didn't know what to think of him because the first thing i saw was the clip of him playing on NBC. i was like, "is this guy for real?" it reminded me of the fat, weird, funny kid in middle school that you didn't know whether you were laughing with or at.
i once held out my hand after a show to high five him and instead, he took my hand, shook it and it was like dipping my hand into a puddle of water. sure, it was after a set, but it made me feel so awkward and yet i still yelled, "dan deacon just shook my hand!"
now i think he might be coming to my school to play a small show for $5. weird.

andrew bird - apocrypha
does anyone use last.fm?

back pedal or skid. you add a whole lot of resistance because the wheels will keep turning with or without you, which is what builds up calf/leg muscles or just lock up your legs and skid.
or... get run over.

i second crystal castles: "air war", "magic spells" (slower pace)
try to find crystal castles vs. the little ones - "lovers who uncover"
and sebastiAn? kavinsky? flosstradamus?
DL klaxons - "gravity's rainbow" (kavinsky remix)
floss - "overnight star" (with sigur ros's staralfur)
and... tom vek. if you can get over his monotone voice.

some of the climaxes can get pretty dramatic

what kind of woman is she? classic? modern?
allure by chanel is a great classic one but doesn't reek of old woman. i'm not good with notes but it is pretty warm, not sweet.
issey miyake is fresh and smells pretty much like the men's cologne.

GirlTalk - NightRipper.
Srsly.
hell. yes. have you seen him live (+dan deacon)? it's nuts.
i pretty much know every album i've ever truly liked word-for-word because i listen to everything on repeat until i get sick of it.
all-time favorites:
modest mouse - moon & antarctica
autolux - future perfect
all minus the bear
the mall (i don't know how)
broken social scene - you forgot it in people
built to spill - keep it like a secret
death cab - photo album
dr. dog - we all belong
elliott smith - either/or
interpol - turn on the bright lights
jimmy eat world - clarity
thom yorke - the eraser
third eye blind - self-titled (YEAH, I SAID IT)
tokyo police club - a lesson in crime
probably missing some.

no one likes the honey cured ham? it's like $4. can be kind of bland so add honey mustard or horseradish (weird, i know) and get some jalapenos on the side.
shit i mean pepperonchinis or banana peppers. jalapenos would taste kinda gross.

chili cheese fries with jalapenos, hot cheeto puffs (asking for an ), carl's jr.'s jalapeno cheeseburger or whatever it's called, spinach & mozzarella ravioli with meat sauce and this special sauteed red pepper + garlic stuff my mom's friend makes.
other: i second the philly cheesesteak and quizno's pepper bar. amen to pepperonchinis and banana peppers, even though i didn't know what the difference was for a while. not as spicy but still good.
has anyone tried the extra hot hot cheetos? i'd imagine they'd just taste like your tastebuds screaming, which doesn't even make sense.

This is a longshot.. but.. Anyone know how the fabric of the Tsubi/Ksubi Dry Raw Indigo Lean Beans is? Comparable with their Worn Grey Lean beans?
I love how my Worn Grey actually keeps folds.. My nudies are doing a fairly crap job of that. Tempted to get the Dry tsubis if the material's heavier than the nudies.
this is a little late, but aren't the worn grey lean beans super stretchy and are sized larger than their other denim? i remember trying those on and had to get my actual size (24) for it to fit. in other tsubi denim, i have to wear a 26.
i just bought the raw skinny pins and compared to my stretchy skinny zippers, the denim is probably twice as thick, way harder than the lean beans (raw vs. stretch, duh) and i don't feel like i'm gonna rip them just by wearing them (they're a size lower than what i normally wear in tsubis, so they're kind of tight).
i can't compare them to nudies because i haven't tried them on, though.
AND! question:
i'm a pretty short girl, with a 28" inseam, but the skinny pins are a 32" inseam. should i hem them, cuff them under like i normally do or just let it down? 4" seems like a lot for that, and cuffing them underneath adds stacking to the ankles in addition to some already around the knees. what do you think?

Oh, wow.
Do you have any idea where you are?
hahahaha, i thought the same thing. what a cocky thing to say, especially for a newbie.
(oh yeah, hi, new user. i've been trolling this forum for a while... i tried to register the other night and realized i had an account i totally forgot about.)

2 years later and i've got to ask:
where can i find a pair of evisus for women, in southern california? boutiques?
my preferred brands are tsubi (i just bought the dry raw skinny pins) and j brand (not the greatest, but they fit pretty well and i'm not too afraid of stretching them out/to avoid washing), though my brand collection is pretty varied. it's tough to buy denim when you're small and skinny, so, predictably, about 98% of my jeans are cut skinny.

semi-agreed, if only because i'm not of the same biological persuasion so i couldn't fully agree. anyway. a few CC songs are pretty bomb: cc vs. little ones - lovers who uncover, cc vs. health - crimewave, air war, magic spells... that's probably it.
i'd say hit up MSTRKRFT. at least then you wouldn't have to deal with that chick's horrible screams and the songs that all sound the same. and because MSTRKRFT > CC?
