Talk about a variance in supply and demand. I’ll probably just get some dad shoe 993s (grey) and call it a day, just need something light and good for walking in the summers here.

Not many sizes left. Even for the 990v2 in black or navy. Screenshot_2021-08-11-20-11-19-593_com.android.chrome.thumb.jpg.d873c43e16ba44299b654a29b31479e6.jpg

Good lord these are hideous. :D
I can't keep up with sneaker culture, I checked out those New Balance Levi's on Friday maybe 15 minutes after they had been released expecting that maybe there'd be a pair or two left.
Lo and behold they were completely sold out. No big deal since I had already talked myself out of them.
But the part that is ridiculous is that they're now being resold on the internet for over 100% markup at almost $600...why? :wacko2:

Hypebeasts galore once 992 is mentioned! I went on the website to have a look and my queue number was in the 70k's. Apparently <100 pairs released. Had to console myself with a pair of 993 military greens instead! These Levis look a bit off without mesh panels to be honest.

  3. I had a pair of 36*34 in cart for the 1971 Golden Ticket but decided against buying. So there's 34in length jeans being produced. The US and EU websites differ in stocked length for the 1966 Harajuku release. US seems to stock the longer lengths but I don't remember seeing 36in length ones for both releases.

  4. Thanks PB. Located nearer to you than the EU. Am in Singapore. Man, I've been hunting high and low hoping for someone who sized wrongly or something but nothing pops up. Guess I have to bite the bullet on these an order from the UK then. Cheers.

  5. Need a favour guys. Can someone point me in the direction of some 36x36 or 36x34 1976 Mirror jeans for a reasonable retail price? Seems only Oi Polloi and Unionmade has them in stock but prices a bit on the high side. Thanks in advance.

  6. Another end-90s Lee 101B Riders. This time a pair of Hair-on-Hides button flys. Bought somewhere in Melbourne. Dakota 501? Seldom worn as it's a bit of a bootcut! Blasphemous, go figure! Made In China too. Slightly greenish cast showing  on sides of pockets.sz 3420170210_160025.jpg20170210_150031.jpg20170210_150042.jpg

  7. Some pics of end-90s 101Z. Worn sparingly last decade. Love the slim cut and S arcs. Bought in HK for about USD100 '98-'99. Remember it was post-handover but no exact date. Made in China editions sz34. Hemmed not chainstitched.20170210_144928.jpg20170210_144727.jpg20170210_144821.jpg20170210_145356.jpg

  8. Don't normally post...more of a lurker...but just picked up a pair of California lot 44 from Tuckshop here in Singapore and am impressed with the details. Sz 34 X 36. Great shop, great products, knowledgeable people.

  9. Lane Crawford IFC have got some good stuffs. Go check it out. Monitaly, Stevenson Overalls, RRL, Anachronorm (rocks! really nice detailing), Gitman Vintage, White Mountaineering, Post Overalls etc. One stop place for the outdoor/Americana/workwear vibe.

  10. Food options aplenty at that time. Best place to check out, as usual, is the ''notorious'' Geylang area. I really like ''Wen Tou Sek'' dimsum along Sims Ave near Lorong 19, I think. Basically depends on where you are putting up and what grub you are looking to get. Let me know if you might need any help.

word. definitely noted. i'll be arriving a bit late (10pm) on Friday night and I'm thinking my late night food options might be limited before I proceed to get piss drunk and get somewhat lost before I head out to a club but if someone can shine on some food options at that time it would be greatly appreciated.

hotel check in and hit the streets running by 1030ish, i'm hoping i can get some food asides from the usual bar treats.
