I just had some Korean BBQ tonight. I went with the Galbi this time around. I had bulgogi two weeks ago.

BTW, Gyutan is awesome. If any of you guys haven't tried it yet I highly recommend it.

korean bbq and yakuniku (the japanese adaptation) are very similar but not the same thing. the meat used is somewhat different and korean bbq usually comes with tons of other plates like pickled vegies, kind of korean pancake (always forget the name of that stuff, soooo good), etc and IMO, it kind of distract you from eating meat. anyway, i'm also a sucker for that stuff, last week in Hawaii, i blew like 160 $ for a 2 ppl dinner at Gyu-kaku

You mean yakiniku. Thanks for pointing out the differences. I swear that they gave me kimchi when I got yakiniku in Japan though...

When I was in Japan I ate this stuff practically every day. Man there is nothing quite like Kobe Galbi grilled to perfection.

A friend of mine told me to go to Nate n Al's deli for lunch. Apparently it is the best deli in LA, possibly the United States...

Personally, I don't think Mayer is a fucktard, but even if he wrote his blog with a pompous voice, I'd read it with a grain of salt. He has a proclivity to be sarcastic and misleading when he expresses his personality (e.g. John Mayer Has a TV Show and that youtube clip wiil_i_am posted).

Metal Gear Solid for PS. That game was so badass!! The controls, the characters the plot, all awesome. It actually taught me stuff too. There are tons of nuclear waste just sitting around in corroding barrels and the Gov. has no place to put them. Ummmm...SSSNNNNAAAAKKKEE!!!

YESSS! MGS is definately the best game of all time. Good choice.
