I was super unimpressed with Kobe - I would skip it, especially if you only have one week total. Kanazawa is really nice though - for food and otherwise.

I just finished watching this. Thought it was OK. Has anyone read the manga? Considering the abrupt ending of the show I was considering reading it to see how the story pans out.

I saw them IRL and I don't think the tongue is removable. Really cool though and the sandals from the mainline collection were awesome too.

Have you tried using a Moka Pot? One of those stove top makers? Definitely makes a bold cup but still smooth if my experiences are anything to go by.

Almost finished reading Grotesque. Quite a slow read for me as it was easy to put down when it jumps between the thoughts, diary entries and interviews of the different characters. Not bad, but not as good as 'Out' also by Kirino which I thought was excellent.

will the collection be out in time for me to wear it to the new star wars film that is coming out in the near future?

This is true. It all went to 70% off clearance in an unbranded (but obviously sneakerboy) off-site pop-up store sale though and they never bought the brand again. 

^ Although I haven't worn it or even smelt it for a number of years I always thought standard was quite special. Interesting combo of cold vs. warm and also a genius collab. I think CdG really paved the way in creating an unusual scent experience and bringing it to the (somewhat) mainstream but now it's almost entering the department store segment of the market.

I've recently smelt the ranges from Meo Fusciuni and Nico Uytterhaegen and met their creators - this is true perfume artistry, and sensual overload. The most recent one from Uytterhaegen, I can't recall the name, is made from the distilled organs of horses. Spooky as fuck.
