  1. I bought this at SelfEdge SF in Summer 2012 for $325 retail. These are 18 oz unsanforized Japanese Selvedge Denim. The SelfEdge guy said that it would last a lifetime due to the quality of the denim and I believe him.

I gave them a hot soak when I first got them and wore them hard for 2.5 months, which barely made a dent in them. I gave it a cold soak some time during those months. Since then, I haven't worn them at all since I've gained some weight and can't fit in them anymore.

The denim is still very thick, although some slight fading is starting in the crotch area.

I am selling for $150 Paypal, non-negotiable. This includes shipping and 2% fees.

    Current measurements:

    Waist: 31.5"

Thigh: 10.5" (I have bigger than average thighs so likely stretched)

    Inseam 27" (I am 5"8 for reference)

    Leg Opening: 7.5"

  2. Just got these from a SF-er in Tokyo but unfortunately, I need to size down. Aside from trying on the right shoe once (thus the slight crease on inner side), they're brand new.

I'm looking for a size 7.5D, may consider a 7. Otherwise, I'm looking to get back what I spend. Price is $365+shipping+2.9% Paypal fee. Or we can meet up in NYC.

    Thanks-

  4. hey guys-

coming back into the denim game after having bought a pair of F310's in a size 31 a while back. in the past two years, i've reverted back to just wearing APC NS sz 29s and have so today, which probably makes me a natural waist sz 31-32.

I just dug up my F310s and they are woefully small now (especially the thigh). A large part of this is that they have been mistakenly put in the washer and even in the dry cleaner... if I had treated it properly, would it still have maintained a waist sz 31?

I'm reconsidering getting the F310 again but honestly, I am confused by all the various models mentioned here and on selfedge. Is the 310 on selfedge the same F310 I got three years ago (i thought the f310 was a limited edition)? i'm guessing selfedge is the best place to buy flathead gear?

I want the APC NS silhouette sz 29 fit (slim, but not too slim) but want it at a high grade denim that'll fade well. i'm open-minded to any other brands but i've liked flathead as a company a lot when i used to wear their gear

i know, i know... sound like a complete noob here. as in the past, i'm obligated to anyone who can reach out a hand and help me out here-

i'll post some pics of my three year old f310 to contribute to the thread later

  5. hey guys,

am located in new york. if meetup, i can do it only up until this saturday and then i will have to leave for school

    supreme backpack 23rd black. SOOOLD

prada polo that i probably bought two years but never even wore out once. i think i bought it for $60, i'll let it go for $40 since i don't really have a good sense of its value... very very stretchy material, sort of strange for me to describe it. when not worn, its very slim... the pit to pit is 13" but stretches easily. i think its meant for people with a skinny frame, but i can't pull it off. would be a size small, if not for its super skinny p2p size. length is decent.

  6. hey guys,

never had a boat shoe before so someone help me out please... thatd be great

    1. what's more versatile? im going to beat these around the spring so i'm thinking about just getting the sperry original boat shoes. (http://www.sperrytopsider.com/shopping/product/detailmain.jsp?itemID=893&itemType=PRODUCT&iMainCat=143&iSubCat=144&iProductID=893&sColor=41) should i stick with the original leather, or go for the navy leather?

    2. no socks with these right? does anyone's tend to get a little nasty after a while... i won't lie, sometimes i get stinky feet, so anyone have any problems with hot sweaty days wearing boat shoes

    3. any other things i should know about getting shoes... the do's the don't, to not look like the frat idiot who looks all goofy wearing them. how does sizing work?

    thanks
