LUC manhole silkscreen knit short sleeve shirt. Done in the signature Luarini 3-D cut with no seams on the body. Really lovely and amazing stuff. I took photos to show the change in stitch patterns on the side of the torso for a sick fit. It's completely reversible and the silkscreen was done using manhole covers. Comes with the LUC white tags and bar that runs through the signature LUC upper neck hole.

    Measurements:

    Shoulder- 16"

    Chest- 19"

    Total Length- 25.5"

    Asking price is SOLD

CDiem/LMaltieri double layered shirt with one layer being slightly longer in the lengths of the sleeve and body. Fully reversible with beautiful raw seams along all edges. The fabric is perfectly matched and anchored and moves naturally with the body. The drape, structure and look is just plain perfect. The signature braided loop for hanging the shirt is also present and the CDiem canvas storage bag is also included.

This piece is quite rare. I've only seen it for sale at the Library for approximately US $600!

    Measurements:

    Shoulder- 17"

    Chest- 20"

    Length- 26"

    Asking price is SOLD

    http://i134.photobucket.com/albums/q93/cycletwo/Juliuslstwist3.jpg

The signature Julius twist long sleeve shirt in a size 1. The fabric is 100% Cotton and is super stretchy and soft. Nice long sleeves that bunch up or can be worn over the hands to match the twisting torso. The measurements seem small even for a size 1 but this piece should be a bit more form fitting.

    Measurements:

    Shoulder- 14"

    Chest- 16"

Asking price is $215 (Free shipping in the US, $15 anywhere in the world)

    4. Julius Twist Short Sleeve Shirt

    Let's begin.

    1. Carol Christian Poell object dyed, burnished leather jacket with darted signature raglan sleeves and full 3-D cut variated grain leather paneling

    http://i134.photobucket.com/albums/q93/cycletwo/CCPLeather10.jpg

This piece will blow your mind. If you've ever handled CCP leather then you know that photos do it absolutely no justice. There is a depth to the processing that just gets completely lost in photographic form. The construction, treatment and cut are unparalleled. I took a photo of the back to show you how contoured it is. It doesn't lay flat and will fit like a second skin. The sleeves are curved anatomically and not only is there a circumferential 3-D cut to the torso, but the upper back is curved to follow the spine as well. The shoulder construction really makes this piece distinctly Carol. Raglan formed shoulders with a single center dart down each shoulder edge. Impeccable.

    Measurements:

    Chest 19"

    Sleeve 26.5"

    Hem 19"

    Total Length 31"

Asking price is $1300 (free shipping within the US, $40 outside of the US)

    2. Carol Christian Poell Gray Overlock Short Sleeve Shirt SOLD

    5. Sartoria Made To Measure "Fattoamano" black triple layered anatomically constructed sweater

    http://i134.photobucket.com/albums/q93/cycletwo/Sartoria8.jpg

    http://i134.photobucket.com/albums/q93/cycletwo/Sartoria10.jpg

It's hard to capture the details of the black-on-black stitchwork with all the pieces that come together to form this absolutely stunning piece so I reversed the sweater to show the stitchwork. The signature hanging loop is also present, hidden in the upper back inner seam.

7 strings converge in the center of the back and run through a mummified leather O-ring. Extended sleeves, raglan contoured shoulders and much more went into this piece.

This is a Made To Measure (MtM) piece and is designated as such by the tag. It will fit a size 48-50 and is the only one in the world.

This is Custom Made by Maurizio Altieri and Maurizio Amadei at X12 in Paris.

    Measurements:

Shoulder break to shoulder break- 17"

    Chest- 20"

Sleeve (measured from shoulder break to cuff)- 30"

    Total Length- 27"

Asking price is $1025 (Free shipping in the US, $20 anywhere in the world)

    6. Rick Owens Dark Gray Shearling Leather Jacket

    http://i134.photobucket.com/albums/q93/cycletwo/RickShearling5.jpg

    http://i134.photobucket.com/albums/q93/cycletwo/RickShearling6.jpg

Rick Owens perfect shearling leather jacket with his signature extended sleeve and cuffs. The shearling is utterly soft and super warm and the signature sharp Rick cut sets this piece apart from the rest. As fall and winter approach, this'll keep you toasty!

    Measurements:

    Shoulder 17"

    Chest 20.5"

Sleeve 31" (26" from shoulder to end of leather, 5" more of cuff)

    Total 26"

*even with the chest measurements, this is more suited for a size 48 in my opinion!

Asking price is $950 (Free shipping in the US, $30 anywhere in the world)

    7. Julius Dust Destroyed Knit Cardigan SOLD

    8. Julius brown slim curved buckle belt

    Length (with buckle)- 46"

    Width- 0.5"

    http://i134.photobucket.com/albums/q93/cycletwo/aviator9.jpg

This is THE piece from MA+. All seams are overlocked and the fabric is out of this world. Heavy duty, thick and rugged with just the right amount of give. The RiRi zipper is finished on the inner edges with signature MA+ buttery leather and the sleeves have the curved seam reminiscent of Linea. Extra long sleeves allow for ruching or folding and the body construction is just plain amazing. The hood envelopes the head and has free flaps that can fully cover the face leaving just the eyes exposed. The fabric treatment is killer! The center back seam is actually a distressed/pressed in line into the precisely cut center back panel. Pure genius.

The construction has a wider shoulder that sits nicely and adds to the silhouette. It's very typical of MA+ outerwear.

    Measurements

    Shoulder- 19"

    Chest- 20.5"

    Sleeve- 30"

    Total length- 27"

This will fit a 50 pretty spot on. Depending on how you layer, a 48 or a 52 could wear this as well without much of a problem.

Comes with the signature magnetic tag and the large MA+ dust bag

    Asking price is SOLD

Thanks for looking guys! *sigh*.... this Texas weather just isn't helping hahahaha

  3. Hi guys, I have a Carol Christian Poell gray object dyed kangaroo leather jacket up for sale:

    1-1.jpg

    9-1.jpg

    8-1.jpg

    7-1.jpg

    6-1.jpg

    5-1.jpg

    3-1.jpg

    2-1.jpg

Masterfully constructed Carol Christian Poell 2-Button leather jacket crafted entirely out of burnished and object dyed thick Kangaroo Leather.

The object dying in tones of gray almost seems to change color and intensity depending on the light. The leather has also been treated and constructed so that the grain of the leather runs parallel on the upper sleeve and perpendicular on the body. This allows the leather to move smoothly and naturally with body movement. You can see beautiful distress work done on the upper arms that are both subtle and perfect.

Side view and front view photos of the jacket worn show the 3-D crafting method. The jacket is unable to lay completely flat as it was constructed and then hot air dried on a mannequin so that it molds to the body. It has not been broken in yet so over time it will form to your body and movement in such a personal way. The sleeves are cut curved so they follow the natural curve of the arms.

The most striking detail that makes this piece so distinctly Carol is the upper portion of the jacket. The sleeve and shoulder construction is amazing. It's a modified raglan shoulder where the entire upper shoulder is crafted from one solid piece of precisely cut Kangaroo leather with a center dart so that it naturally creates the break. At the same time the curved seam formed in the front and upper back is signature Carol while remaining classic.

The cuff buttons are full functional and there is also a hidden pocket built into the lining on the lower left side of the jacket.

    Measurements:

Shoulder Break to Shoulder Break- 17"

    Underarm to Underarm- 19"

7" Down From Underarm Measured Across- 18"

Shoulder Break to Sleeve Cuff- 26.5"

    Total Length- 31"

Tagged as a 48 and fits pretty true to size. You can size down on it as the leather is pretty thick and there is some light padding through the body of the jacket to give it structure.

The price is $2025 and comes with the signature CCP woven white travel/storage bag and hanger.

More details and purchasing can be done here!

Thanks for looking guys! Have a great saturday night:)

  4. I love bboying as I have been doing it for a couple of years now on and off. Do you guys ever get the feeling that a lot of bboys are high school kids who don't really understand?

Chinorlz I'm so glad your not on the old school bboy dick riding shit! Everyone on BBW is about that shit and it frustrates me. Granted I have met Poe 1, Ness, Machine, and a bunch of other bboys who are all about it. They are nice guys but they need to let this footwork madness go!

Haha, don't worry. My crew (Florox based out of Boston/NYC) and I are very much about progress and evolution while of course retaining a reasonable amount of foundation. Without foundation it's not bboying then right? just like without certain steps jazz dance isn't jazz dance.

internet bboys are frustrating. I hate online "freeze battles" and all the shit talking. 99% of these people on there can't even hit the beat.

I see different things when I go to different areas and meet the bboys. Right now in Europe there seems to be those that just want to do power moves only and those that want to do style. Last time I was in London it was a similar situation. In the US, you definitely seem to have more of those *yawn* all-about-foundation bboys that really get boring as all hell to watch. In Boston I practice with one of them and he's always throwing cocks and trying to battle but in the years I've been practicing with him I've never seen him work or do anything new.

The younger guys now I think actually have the advantage of seeing all these styles from different areas and all these different mentalities/approaches to bboying thanks to the internet and bigger and bigger jams that attract people from around the world. You have very distinctly regional styles be it Korean or Japanese style or NYC, Boston, Texas, Philly, Chicago styles. It really is quite exciting to see these pockets develop with their own specific moves and steps. There's a step that was created by GroundFX in Boston that became a Boston specific move but when I came to Berlin, I suddenly see people here doing it every so often. Thanks to the internet and such you get this flow of ideas... which of course also leads to the bite sign being thrown every so often... but people care less about that now (unless it's just a ridiculous full out bite) and more about new moves.

I loooove me some footwork, but I like the approach of melding power into style and footwork. I'm not just about power, not just about footwork, but a combo of the two so there's blowups and airfreezes thrown into my steps.

Glad there's another bboy on here! Keep at it mate. Where are you at?

  5. Last4One are one of my favorites mostly because of their "super secret routine" which they still pull every now and then. Involves them hopping like rabbits as an entire crew. Soooo sick!

I used to be into CoF but that was something like 7 years ago when they first put videos up on their website. It all quickly got real old for me. I can respect what they do and how they helped throw the Lords of the Floor event out there in Seattle but they don't innovate at all anymore.

KHZ Cali hands down is my favorite crew. If you ever see them at a jam, they're probably selling their DVD. KHZ Zoo (Vegas) is also pretty sick, but I feel like KHZ Cali is really pushing hard and killin it at jams and in circles. Mike the Kure, Bert, Millhouse and the other guys pull some crazy crazy innovative moves.

The circus style falls more into the realm of trick moves to me. There's gotta be some foundational moves when you break and some of these guys don't even try to throw in anything that can be considered "footwork". I by no means am a foundational bboy (god... old schoolers can eat it. I'm so sick of cats like Alienness and other old school assholes telling people what they should and shouldn't do and what is and isn't bboying. When they were bboying a hot move was a goddamn windmill and cc step.) but there has to be some form of 6 step/airfreeze/groundfreeze/power in what you do.

If you watch Rubber Legz of Insane Prototype out of Stuttgart (check youtube) you can see what I mean. You can do some crazy crazy crazy shit but still include foundational moves and not look like a fucking freak like Paranoid Android or Barf from KHZ Cali. Another "crew" that was like that was Animal Farm out of PA and people like that make me want to die. Hate hate hate it when these people get in the circle and start crawling around like a spider.

Anyways, glad to see a lot of people into bboying/are bboys on here! It's been a huge part of my life for over 8 years now and gives you everything you could ask for in something you do/something you live.

Like Coldrice said, the community is tightly tightly knit. Everyone is probably only 3 degrees of separation from each other and if you travel anywhere and go to a jam, there will probably be a bboy/bgirl that will put you up in their place for the night if you don't have a place to sleep. Carpooling to jams wasn't even an issue. We'd all travel together.

Now if only the world would be nice like that.....

    everyone should break.
