  3. Fuck yeah!

Side Street Inn for dinner. It's the shiiiit!

Puka Dog for some delicious treats.

The saturday flea market by the college is pretty nice... but since it's semi-touristy, stuff is a bit on the expensive side.

You can skip Hanauma Bay for snorkeling and just go to the North Shore, cliff dive and the drive up about a 1/4-1/2 mile and snorkel the hell out of that reef.

Bring a knife and collect Opihi and sea urchins and eat them straight from the shell right there... goddamn perfect.

and Spam Musubi's are definitely the shit!!

A solid place to eat some good Hawaiian food is Ono Hawaiian as well...

  4. Dior_Suit_14.jpg

    Dior_Suit_Worn_1.jpg

    Dior_Suit_Worn_2.jpg

    Dior_Suit_Worn_3.jpg

Lovely suit that has a super super subtle shine (ie- not matte like CCP suits) that gives it a bit of depth. Narrow shoulders and high cut armholes complement the slim sleeves and darted waist. The pants are tab front with zippered closure and a single hidden button rear pocket and two vertical slash pockets. The suit weight is good for all seasons and is fully lined. The pants are lined to the knee. This was the extra slim special edition VotC suit which cost a bit more than the regular issue Dior 2 button black suits so it fits nice and close.

    Measurements:

    Jacket:

Shoulder seam to shoulder seam- 16.5"

    Underarm to underarm- 20"

    Shoulder seam to cuff- 28"

    Total Length- 32"

    Pants:

    Waist- 17"

    Rise- 10.5"

Inseam- 32" (2" to let out)

    Hem- 8"

Asking price is $800 shipped anywhere in the world!

    Thanks for looking guys!

    Best,

    Albert

  5. Hi guys!

Two closet staples to sell here quickly. Hope they go to a good home :)

    1. CCP S/S '02 Razor Cut Perforated pinstripe button up shirt Sz. 50

    CCP_Perforated_Shirt_1.jpg

    CCP_Perforated_Shirt_2.jpg

    CCP_Perforated_Shirt_3.jpg

    CCP_Perforated_Shirt_4.jpg

    CCP_Perforated_Shirt_5.jpg

    CCP_Perforated_Shirt_6.jpg

The shirt was first constructed in the classic CCP slim tailoring, and then a razor cutter was applied to the shirt incrementally all over. They matched it well to ensure that you could still button up the shirt. The final effect is a lovely texture and the perforations themselves show up when you move and stretch the fabric. A really nice effect and probably the first permutation of the perforated items this season.

    Measurements:

Shoulder seam to shoulder seam- 18.5"

    Underarm to underarm- 21.5"

    Shoulder seam to cuff- 27"

    Total length- 31"

    Asking only $225 shipped worldwide

    2. Dior Homme VotC Extra Slim 2 Button Suit

  6. As an opposing voice, I just wanted to say that all my dealings with Jay/Denimfan have been quite smooth. We've both traded items and I've also purchased a CCP overlock leather from him and everything worked out perfectly. Not a hint of anything seedy and we're talking about a pretty large sum of money.

    Jay gets my thumbs up.

  7. I sold a black short sleeved shredded shirt on Ebay at Xmas. It fitted my but I just didn't really dig the style. Its definately a crazy design!

You know how it is done Albert? Does he just fold it and do it of is each one done individually?

I like to think that he does it with a lazer :)

Next time, I'll put my good stuff on here instead of Ebay, I like the appreciation that some of the pieces get on here!

I can't wait to handle this piece in person (thanks again Jay!!! You're the best!!!!)

The way these are done is that the shirt is constructed completely and the it's run through a perforator/cutter. I think it's something very similar to a surgical skin graft expander in concept:

    graftexpander.jpg

think of it like a pasta maker but the rollers each have blades on them that cut as you roll something through it...

For the boots it was of course done to the leather and then the leather was used to make the footwear... the blazers and pants the same way (fabric was perf'd then used) because they still need to retain structure. The dress shirts and tees could hold together well enough that they could be constructed, then run through!

    neat eh?

  8. The shredding process was something Carol did to a lot of pieces for SS02 (Traditional Escape). The concept echoes how clothing gets shredded as you escape a prison while going over a barb wire fence... something like that

The shredding process has been done to shirts, blazers (with intact lining put in afterwards hehe), pants (with lining intact as well) and to leather boots.

  9. ah, pm sent about LUC if chinorlz doesn't take it! albert, didn't this come from cycle-two? are you sure you don't want to let someone else who hasn't had it have a chance =) haha. no worries bro, if you take it i guess i'll just have to buy your seismic beanie from cycle-two heh.

Haha, sorry man. I actually regretted selling this piece on C2 so I was quite happy to jump on the chance to pick it back up again to put it into my closet where it belongs :o

Just lmk in regards to the LUC seismic beanie mate!
