  1. I got sent the wrong shirt twice and its been two weeks and I haven't gotten a response from you guys, whats up? Also the button ripped right out of my jeans, I'm slightly chapped.

  2. Sylvestre, i appreciate the information. I've had two pairs of MII (19 and 21 cm) and one of the 18cm black stretch jeans. Yet, i a referreing to the sizing of the 19cm waxed jeans...do they fit like MIJ raws? or are are these new ones on Luisaviaroma fitting entirely different than any past Dior Homme jeans?

The MIJ size 28 I mentioned were a pair of the new raw waxy jeans, although I don't believe they are in the pictures chris posted, but they were brand new. I hope the next wave of the raw and raw blacks have the same fit, I'm sure The Grapist can fill us in.

  3. Does anyone have any information on the new waxed models from Dior Homme? They appear to me as waxed raw denim both in black and indigo colors. Looking as sick as they look, i am wanting to get a black pair in a 26 as soon as i find one. Would anyone be able to guestimate what the actual waist and leg opening sizes are?

I would very much appreciate any help.

I can say that a size 28 MIJ fit me tighter than my 26 MII raw blacks (in the legs), but not quite as tight as a 27 in the MIJ black stretchy things.

  4. I have tried them on and they fit more or less like cures or new cures. I went into two different APC stores, the one in Berlin had model tags in the jeans and the one in Munich did not so I can't say which ones I tried on. I can say that you should absolutely not buy them, the denim is so thin and cheap feeling, terrible stuff.

  5. The only thing I haven't seen covered in this thread so far is the j-stitch, make sure it is wide/long enough. If it is too skinny the jeans look girly, and when it ends halfway too the crotch it looks terrible. It is definately a deal breaker for me.

The things I agree with that have already been said are no stretch, lowish front pockets, good back pocket size/placement (if you do a skinny jean, place the pockets lower, it always looks better). For stitching, black on black denim, the traditional gold or orange for indigo (off-white looks really cool also). Copper rivits on indigo, black or silver rivits on black.

  6. I think some people need to get off their high horses in this thread, I don't own any Nudies but shoving Japanese denim down peoples throats is pretty annoying. I think it's safe to say, if you post on this board, you pay too much for your jeans. Be it Nudie, Samurai or Dior, it is all overpriced respectively, some more than others, but who cares. The guy isn't telling you to buy Nudies, if he sticks around he will find out about the other denim options. No need to be so blunt, it sounds like you want him to feel bad for liking/owning his jeans.

  7. Even if Edmonton aren't in it - you can still cheer for Pronger and Smyth - they are still playing ;)

I can cheer for Smyth, nobody in this city will ever cheer for Pronger though.

Nettie, if we signed Smyth again that would be so smooth on Mr.Lowes part, I really have no idea what his plan is though. Most people want it to happen and thought it would as soon as he was traded, but who knows?

  8. No idea, there was some talk that it might happen, but there is no real certain word right now. All I do know is that next season there will be more 27's stocked.

Also, if you wear 26 in Italians, you MIGHT be good with 27's in Japanese, as they are slimmer in the leg, and do not stretch as much as the Italians.

Well the only really reason I'd get the MIJ is because of how loose the legs of my italians are, I'll keep that in mind though.
