you email him or you fill out that order form..

when he gets a chance he emails you back with all of the applicable charges (including shipping)

I'm pretty sure theres a slot in that order form where you inform him of your location, if not I'd e-mail him with that location so he can calculate it.

I've had a flawless transaction with Hide just a couple of weeks ago and decided to venture into yahoo auctions using Hide's proxy service. Communication has been weak as of late to say the least and I feel like I've missed some good deals due to not knowing how much to deposit in order for him to bid.

These are pretty much brand new. I was going to sell them but fell in love with how stiff they were and the fit. I soaked them last night wore them to school today so all the wear thats been put on them is walking around campus. Just need the cash right now.
