  1. I'd suggest not posting anymore from any other forums, inter-forum "wars" are beyond idiotic.

    Regardless of how awe inspiringly painful some of the outfits are. Painfully.

    Except Keri is totally on that forum and apparently likes them way more than us. If she had only been posting here, why, she could be a superjunkie2k! Damn, even Haptronic is on there. Maybe they know something we don't. I will continue to investigate.

    (Edit: Man, Chris, have I found the man for you! http://www.authenticforum.com/member.php?u=26 He even knows how a "real" pair of True Religions should fit.)

    your right no 'wars'... i mean i don't like most of the stuff they wear on this forum but they have way more girls posting, especially their outfits...:eek:

    think about it!!

  2. @ greentea:

    ahh you know what your talking about...:cool:

    you study chemistry too?

    @keri:

    the t-shirts i'm wearing are dyed by myself for sure...the other stuff is 'googled' just to make this thread as informative as possible...

    you can indigo-dye natural fiber like wool, cotton and silk

    maybe tomorrow or on friday i dye some more stuff and i'm planning on taking pictures of the process...it's really cool when you take your shirt or whatever out of the pot with dying solution it's green but within seconds it starts turning blue because of oxidation...

    can anyone recommend me an uploading service like flickr with no or higher uploading limit per month because flickr is just 20Mb....

  3. @ddml

    it is in supertrash because i didn't know where to post it...no denim no shopping...

    @ok

    it is the usual mixture containing indigo powder, NaOH, Na2S2O4 for the 'stammküppe' (sorry no idea about the english word..) than you have to put the stammküppe into a large bowl including water and NH3...i would post recipe but i just have one in german...so 'do the google'

    @heartworm

    cool welcome to the club...where are you from and which university do you go to?

  4. [i didn't know where to post that...:confused:

    []my mom is a chemistry teacher and she told me a long time ago that she dyes t-shirts and stuff that is cotton in school with their pupils...so i study chemistry and i thought lets try that so i brought two t-shirts to her school and we dyed them...it was fun, not too much work but it smells like hell :D ]

  5. i had the same problem with mine (s510xx19oz..) my mum had to cut the legs for like 8cm so now they fit with one cuff.

    they are really baggy which i didn't expect them to be too but if you wear them a little while you really start enjoying them...trust me!

    good luck!
