  1. so i found this sweet ebay store that has lots of SC's and a few other brands like warehouse, studio d'artisan, eternals and buzz rickson. well they have this pair of "special" okinawas dyed by mud, i assume this is an older model cause the new model is $400.

i think ill pick these up just to see what they are like but do any of you have some info on these, like did they literally dip this in mud like the green tea okinawa's or just really dirty water or what

    heres a link

  2. it will stretch out, my SC Rodeoman jeans took me like half an hour just to put them on when i first got them but i went for a walk for about an hour, looked like kramer from seinfeld walkin down the street all frankenstein like but they loosened up a bit, then i literally layed on the ground and did bicycle kicks for another hour and they stretched out nicely, now one of my fav pair of jeans and cause they were so tight they faded quicker and have sick honeycombs

  3. [email protected]

you can email them and they will send you a list of what they have in stock. you can also call and i'm sure they will answer any questions that you have. very nice people to deal with.

  4. this prob sounds like a stupid question and yes, i did use the search feature but i didn't find the info i wanted, obviously it's a store but do they have a website or an email address, also what lines do they carry.

  5. with all of the cali talk i figure id post some pics of mine. these are a size 30. i soaked them because they were a bit loose in the waist/seat/thighs to start with. im pretty sure thats just the cut of the jeans, though, but i kind of wish i had a size smaller. no big deal, though, because i think they still look great.

  7. notice i said wwd- womens wear daily. read my blog for details.

good point, i stand corrected, damn, i just remember reading something about it being a mens line only somewhere but it was prob a diff brand and i just mixed it up in my head

Denim is like crack, once you start theres no goin back

  8. derdankhund,

there are different lines of blue blood, they have the

    * Blood Line, which is their main collection

    * Dry Goods- the unwashed denim, i suppose it's their raw line

    * For Our Friends- stuff based off of the denim they made for close friends before forming the company

    * Avelon- Tailored stuff,

    * Nipper- not really sure what this one is

i believe the for our friends line is their highest quality but not sure, i'm sure someone else will clarify and fix the mistakes that i put in this post

anyways, damn you derdankhund for getting my onto this raw denim, and just denim in general, it has consumed my life and now i must know everything about it, btw im purchasing some SC Okinawas soon and those SC Rodeomans are comin in nicely, freakin sweet

  9. Watch it only be men's stuff and then the stuff I could wear will be impossible to find in my size... my kind of luck.

I am waiting very patiently for that traslated version, it'll give me something to read (I've read every book in the damn house this summer, and already read most of the library)

you sound like me keri, i am constantly reading whatever i can get my hands on, i just grapped the original book by einstein on the theory of relativity, should be a good read.

hope they make womens but from what i've read about them so far it doesnt look like it. sorry
