  1. There are quite a lot of the Japanese brands which have their own attempt of a '66 cut. But I don't think they are very close to the original. But these count:

    FlatHead 3009 or F380

Samurai S0510XX66-2 or S0510XX66-RR (the latter is easier to buy)

Some also describe the S5000VX as a modified '66 cut.

The new brand from Denime founder Hayashi: Resolute 710

Maybe the Fullcount 1108 also counts as a '66 cut

Thanks. I actually have the 1108c and its a straighter cut than the LVC 1955. You're right none of those seem to be close, oh well.

  2. i sorta want that magenta Boo X sperry, yes or no?

I have the burgundy penny loafer from last season, I thought they would be hard to wear with anything but I find myself wearing them pretty often. I get complimented on them fairly often also.

  3. Does anyone know how much smaller a medium is compared to a large? I have a few shirts in large and they're a tad too big, I have about an inch of room in the chest and about two around the waist.

  4. Honestly if you have weight in your upper body you might as well just wear fitted t's. I can really see no benefit in wearing loose clothing unless you have man tits. If you have a decent looking chest, nothing is going to be better than a nice shirt that fits. If you go too tight though it looks very bad. You really just gotta try shit on and see what you feel works best for you. Collared shirts and blazers will also flatter you much better than a t-shirt for some reason. The main thing you gotta do is get on a diet and go to the gym.

  5. Maybe some more denim but probably not.

    More AA basics

A nice hoodie but I haven't really seen anything that grabs my attention

A blazer that I can use everyday but also maybe for more formal stuff

Leather or goretex jacket for the winter

    definaly some more t's

    some Vans slips ons

probably some dunk sb's or something like them

Hopefully I can score a pair of the white/red PumaXLuda

    Some ascis for running

    maybe some visvims

    DH's

I'm not really feeling the whole hunter look that hypebeasts seem to be going towards, seems like it'll just make you look like a working class dude that doesn't really do any work. I'm feelin the whole hipster look more and more though.

  6. fake levis???? who would take the time to make fake levi's u can get from the levi store for 40 bucks?

From what I understand most fake gear is made afterhours at an actual official factory. After they reach thier quota for the day they start making fakes in order to make some money on the side. My knowledge of this is 2nd hand at best so I'm sorry if there are some errors in my assertations.

  7. I wouldn't either but my friend is 6'3" while I'm about 6 even and he has a pain in the ass fitting into cars and most t's are way too short on him, even if they fit the rest of him. When he sat in the drivers seat of a subaru wrx sti and he adjusted the seat to where he was comfortable he swallowed the rear legroom.

  8. I guess some people aren't really paranoid. In the end it's only a piece of clothing that you could have gotten slightly cheaper if you didn't blow up the auction but then again we have a thread dedicated to ebay deals.

  9. I saw the post up on hypebeast that boundless got the t's in but I'd like to check out the t's in person etc. I really like the ghostface one. Does anyone know any stores in ny that carry them? Thanks in advance.

  10. ^I have the APC jeans, Stussy t-shirts, and Nikes too. :P Kind of falling off that whole look now though. I am getting a bit old, and I'm not really supposed to wear what I've been wearing to work, but I just do it anyway. I just hate in-between business casual and to a lesser extent, dislike wearing suits especially in this summer heat, so I figured I'll just wear what I like. No one has said anything yet. Dressing like this also has an added plus, which is that I can go straight from work to the bars and clubs, which I have been doing a lot of to relieve my boredom. :P

Where I live I don't really get much choice of nice clothes to buy, the shopping here sucks, which explains the APC obsession. Fits my frame, I can afford it, and there's really nothing else that I like that is sold here. Dizzhizz from this board lives in the same city I think, he would probably agree.

I like the way seersucker suits look but then again I'm not sure if they'll be cool enough to wear in the middle of summer where you are.
