the most beautiful print ever ! i got both the button down, and the tee, both of which are too big... putting it up here for sale, or trade for a S or M.

size is LARGE, and runs pretty true to size. ideal for a 48-50, but can obviously be worn oversized as well. 100% cotton, but of course, being jil, its unusual cotton. its hard to describe, but its very smooth, with a subtle sheen -- almost as if its been slightly waxed? i dunno.

the fit is really amazing, almost like a slouchy cardigan from afar, and the fabric is this bizarre, boiled virgin wool that looks kind of shiny in bright lighting? almost like a waxed bouclé or something. its 85% virgin wool / 15% polyamide

size 40, from the women's collection, but 100% unisex (and to be honest it just looks better on a man's frame). ideal for a size 44 or 46.

one of my favorite pieces from her. she hasn't done any re-creations either, so this is quite rare (from S/S 2008 when she did the slit open backs)

50% CASHMERE / 50% LINEN (the retail on this was $1600 because of the composition)

has two traditional bondage straps on the back, and they can be placed above or beneath the slit so you can style it various ways

will fit anywhere from a women's 40 through a men's 46/48, since the straps allow for additional room if necessary

veronique branquinho variegated weave knit from s/s 2008 (size 50):

gorgeous loose knit sweater from S/S 2008, with variegated patterns throughout. really great to layer with

size 50 and runs a bit oversized (regrettably large -- i would prefer trades for a 44/46 but this is a rare piece so its doubtful)

can be worn oversized though, just a tad big for what i've been going for. will snag, and pull here and there but that adds to the look. currently there are only minor pulls, no holes or genuine damage.

balenciaga alien-esque / neoprene-esque wool raglan sweater:

really classic piece, with extra leather / zipper detailing at the end of the sleeves, giving off a slightly alien-esque vibe (imo). the fabric is amazing; its 100% wool, but its been so tightly knitted that it almost appears to be like, neoprene or something? its something you really have to handle to understand. the quality is outstanding, and there are just cool little details everywhere, like the hems on the bottom and on the sleeves have been somehow fused -- they're not raw, and there are no seams? this is just kind of a bizarre sweatshirt, but its fucking cool and it fits really good too.

BLACK, size medium. ideal for a 46, or slim 48. this is nearly new, no defects (i don't even think this type of wool will even pill?) and balenciaga's menswear is usually pretty hard to come by and is super expensive... so... BUY THIS for $300 SHIPPED PLEASE THANKS

the fabric is like a very fine twill that's a bit heavier than what a usual shirt is made of. note that the sleeves and body were once fully lined, but i removed most of it only leaving half of the arm's lining to improve the overall drape of the jacket

nicely sized accessory. perfect for everyday use as a wallet, for random stuff, fits your cell, etc

leather is a dark cognac color? really smooth, soft, nice, a little grainy, and the shearling (which is concrete grey) is nice to the touch as well

condition: 8.5/10 (the stamp is still evident, but slightly faded -- which suggests a bit of usage by the previous owner... no flaws otherwise)
